Honestly I think it just RL problems for a lot of people, thats why a lot of people are on hiatus. I mean the master set of rules for here is a copy of NUR, and people aren't quitting there cause of all the rules (it cause of some more obvious reasons...)
I mean almost every kage is ethee semi or full hiatus which really slows down things and a lot of people don't have patience. I really think that is the problem, people don't want to wait and when most villages are 90% genin with a chunin, a jonin, and a kage. When a kage not posting much everything comes to a halt. I honestly feel they need to rank up a lot of people so villages can run smoother with more people teaching

I know it for very good reason but when all the higher ups on hiatus stuff just stops That always bugs me, cause it's not like the genin can't RP on their own. I can understand them wanting training and there being noone to train them, but it's not like they can't just RP together. Get some character development going.

cause they don't want character development, they want training. Rper that treat this like a video game can be very selfish

It's funny I just comeback and the first thing I see is a complaint about in the Complaints/Concerns thread, lol how lovely? Well at least that shows one thing. If the only thing people really have to complain about in the guild is my signature, we're in pretty good shape huh?

O was thinking of making a teaching master A/S and getting him up to Chuunin then kinda coasting there a LONG while and helping train people. Mostly because for the last few day I was playing death spank and really want to make a death spank Rpc now C":
Also Because I have noticed that there aren't to many people set on teaching in the guild SO! If there is a Chuunin position open in a village and I am wanted at all I wouldn't mind teaching some Genin. The way I will teach will also somewhat force character development. C<
A simple point in the direction of the village that is slowing down the most will also do just fine. Can't be sound tho, I got Shin there already. I like him to. He is going to be really fun to Rp with. I can't wait to see what Cobra types up next while looking threw his past.

And the fact that the Kazekage is training my rpc as her student... makes me think it's something big. Oh, i would have thought that the crew would have planned the arcs in advance. So like when one arc ends the next one begins already. They thought it in advance, thing is, that the old Kazekage had a melt down and left the guild, there for the arc had to be re-drawn.... And the new arc is about to being, if not, it already started with the fall of Kumo to the DD Oh, so why are so many people leaving the guild? Honestly, I have no idea.... I think it's cause of " all the rules " Honestly, I've seen way more rules in other guilds, most of the people that give those excuses have not seen Wots...

A lot of places had limits on custom jutsu and no place to submit styles...didnt like that

bb3000ae A lot of places had limits on custom jutsu and no place to submit styles...didnt like that I can see how some one would like to have almost everything for their RPC to be customized, but i just think it would add to a better RP if people took the stuff that was already given rather than keeping on making new stuff and more new stuff.
