Kaye let out a high pitched laugh. You'd have to get in line on that one! I already.. Kaye stopped thinking right there. She had let out too much information.

Marcus got out of the way. He had been listening in on Kaye and Superio's conversation and started reading Kaye's mind to see what she had been about to say.

It's well.....hard to say. Kaye sighed. I didn't do anything, but if I go anywhere with demons, I'll be killed because of my parents. Kaye hoped that would be enough. The truth might cause too much worry.

Kaye sighed heavily.Isn't that enough? I get that it will take a while to trust me, but really now. It's really not something that I tell you.
(Well I'm considering how much information that Kaye will let slip. There is a lot, but it just gets worse the deeper you go.)
