She looked at him, felt very short, and slowly shifted until she was sitting up.
"I'm here because I was hit with...something like eleven bullets the other day...when the dojo was attacked. That should pretty much summarize how I am, too. I wanted to ask how you were, actually. And now, why you're not sleeping."
