Not right away, but yes yes he does.
Once they get there, Syd doesn't immediately reconize Billy because his hair's not spiked and he's covered in ink, but as soon as he does notice, he totally fanboys. "That's so hot!" he says.
Billy looks at him all smirkily. "Yeha. I love ink."

Cor nods, "Sometimes, a little bit too much." He leans against Billy, in the hottub, cuz i said so.
Tybalt tries not to get all annoyed at his brother fanboying over the punk, especially after the serious conversation they just had, but he can't think of anything else to say, so he probably seems too quiet to be fine.

And these twins can't be overly obvious about their ness so Syd can't even really be affectionate. He grips ty's hand under the water though.
