What should My Custom weapon be with Kamoku?
1) Wires on throwing knives that occelate at a frequency that is enough to cut through regularly worked metal, and cause knicks in Katana type worked metal, and completely stop a chakra blade. (Note, The only things really that it would cut is flesh, cloth, bone, and a steel pipe or anyother household item you try hitting it with.)
2) A sword that when touched by anyone other than Kamoku produces two syringes, one that takes a blood sample (about one fluid ounce), and one that absorbs a single point of chakra. Then records and stores the samples, until he can bring it back and later analyse it in a laboritory. (It would hold up to five samples of different people at the same time.)
3) A gauntlet that has butterfly needles (Two on each finger) on the tips of the fingers, and and the underside where the fingerprints would be. One takes blood, the other takes a single point of chakra. The buterfly needles would allow it to take the sample without the target feeling it. and ontop of the wrist is a mechanism that allows a large needle to come out, and take a DNA sample when Kamoku subdues his opponent. (Basically DNA/ Spinal fluid) and where it stores all of the genetic material would be in a small pouch up behind his shoulder.

Really? Why?

They wouldn't really be that much aid, basically it would tell me after the fight, and after I get back to Otogakure if there was a genetic quirk that they had (such as bloodline) but it would be vauge (basically unless someone had the same quirk in the village, or unless the enemy said the name of the bloodline), we couldn't tell without knowing what the blood of that bloodline looked like before hand.

And as for the chakra sample, the most it could tell me is their primary element, and if they are capable of stringing together different chakra types to create something different (such as hyoton, or crystal). (Demons wouldn't be able to be seen, due to the fact that the hosts only tap into the demon's chakra when angered, or when running low, otherwise it would just be based solely off the actual ninja themselves. Plus If a host picked it up while in a cloak wouldn't it basically break because of the severe force of the chakra surrounding it?)

Hmm... Pity really. It would have been nice to have been able to compile a folder on each bloodline for the Otogakure village, such as blood samples, chakra signtures, and even a compiled list of the techniques they used, names if they were spoken audibly, and their effects.

Well, I guess I'll have to go back to the drawing board then. Because my audio visual recorders are going to be my custom Tecnologies.

Well, I was meaning one point as in a small enough amount it wouldn't really change the battle outcome much. If it was merely for that, I'd take out the one point thing and replace it with enough to get a good chakra reading. Would that then be acceptable?

That's the problem though, My character is going to be an information guru too. So he has to compile his own information on his own. He might check with Yasa to guarantee accuracy on his findings, but otherwise, Kamoku is going to gather his own information. Although it would be very nice to have Yasa as a teacher though. An experienced spy/information specialist teaching a younger one to carry on his trade. Very nostalgic and clique, but still one of the leading ideas/themes behind most relationships in the world today.
