Solid Snake made ups.
Sons of the Patriots- a system of nanomachines that run through Solid snake's body. they provide him with communication, better accuracy, better control in battle, and even better control over bodily needs and functions, keeping him in top shape for crawling across the ground for a few days.
In short SoP keeps Snake's mind and Body under control in stressful times, and increases his stamina, healing rate, chakra pools, and thought process by 150% (so when in use, he has a total of 250% chakra, health, stamina, and Thought.)
Guns of the Patriots-(the reason that Solid Snake was going to have a set of guns, Dr E) A small selection of guns that have unique design qualities. Each of these guns use a special element with chakra in it as ammo. There are 2 guns, and 2 grenades, and Snakes personal handy weapon a Stun knife, capable of knocking a normal person back for a bit with slight contact.
Hand Guns: each gun is reloaded with an element by adding that element to the clip, Example(holding a flame next to the clip allows for fire shots to be loaded. wind blows into the clip, wind shots are loaded. Etc.)
Fire- A very painful bullet that burns on contact with the body it enters. the effects dissipate within 1 post of the opponent.
Water- A special bullet that will act as a narcotic within an opponent, or even the user(if misfired) getting hit with multiples of these will cause the person to fall asleep quickly. headshots with one of these will cause someone to fall asleep quicker then one shot to the torso or a limb.
Wind- A special bullet similar to the Water bullets, but it affects the mood of the person. it will amplify there mood to an extreme level, causing them to loose train of thought and become irrational. headshots will deal the amount of mood enhancement very quickly.
Earth- A normal bullet, simply making the body hurt badly, this bullet will not dissipate with time, and removal of the bullet is difficult.
Rifles(sniping): a gun that is longer then handguns, used for long distance shots, are generally more powerful then handguns do to the range they have to travel compared to handgun bullets.

Starter Made Up:
Steel Turtle Summoning; This allows Fen to summon a small turtle to aid him in Battle. This turtle has a shell which can match steel, using 'Bakamatsu', as the Turtle calls itself, Fen can use it as a projectile or for defensive purposes. This requires a Blood Signature upon the Floor.

Character: Kana Hyuga
Made up technique: Chidori Fist. It's a combination of the Chidori and Gentle Fist that will rip through someone's chakra network and body if hit, but the down side is that it's a "one hit deal" and it drains the chakra out of the user's body.

Kana- i can tell you this, that madeup wont quite work, chidori is a Uchiha only technique.
Drago- fine, here is a new version of the doll creation technique
Doll Creation Art- A simple technique to create a doll that looks just like someone that Alice has fought and beat. Each doll requires a body part to become complete. each of these dolls is smaller then the actual person, so there inlies the problem of how that bodypart fits. it doesn't though. Each doll needs a special seal to seal the body part inside of the doll's body. the dolls are a different style of Human puppet, designed originally for collection purposes. but having been from the Akasune clan the dolls have been turned into weapons. these dolls are much smaller then regular puppets so that leaves general hand to hand to be worthless.
in basic technique is equal to human puppets, except half the size, and take only one body part(like a limb, not anything like fingers) to create.

Kana | There's no need for you to post your gaia name in the post. We'll know who you are without it. -nods- Hm, I think this is a little too powerful for someone just starting out. I approve of it but I think it's too powerful for a genin level role play character. Another mod opinion is needed to completely approve or deny this made up.

Reaver- I have to Disapprove with your technique for now. You have to ellaborate on what you mean by physical contact. And you need to be specific on what level you can absorb. If a Jounin hit you with a fire jutsu, His sheer power should be able to either scold your characters eyes out since their is so much chakra packed into the attacks.
Declined for now until corrrections are made

It's kind of like being able to see it's "strings" that tie the chakra between the jutsu being made, and the caster, so as to stop the effect from happening. As in like you said, a user uses a fire jutsu. The owner of the Gesuidou-boushi may then activate it's effects, by centering chakra around their eyes, then look at the jutsu. By a simple glance, and just thinking that you wish it to cancel. It will.. As for what you say about the chakra thing, you have a point. In that, and the user of this jutsu is placed into the conditions of facing a clearly superior foe. Then the attack would not scold the eyes out, but either just continue on, as if nothing had tried to cease it's source chakra. Being if it's say a jounin against, well, a gennin. Or it would simply weaken to a less devestating degree. Say if it as a Gennin against a Chuunin. [-Hasn't an idea how to spell Gennin or Chuunin correctly. xD-] If that doesn't help you understand. Let me know exactly what you don't and I can try to rephrase that. If it's still declined, no worries. It was just an idea.

I have to decline than. That technique is rather too powerful. Cause it can single handedly stop over almost 60% of the techniques in this guild with a simple glance.

I'll have to think of a better one I guess. Will that count towards my starter post, making me have to have 15k chakra points, before I can make another?

I don't know what you are getting at. So I'll just go out on a limb and guess XDDD,
You cannot cash in posts that are outside of the RP world. Update threads, made up threads and anything dealing with the outside the RP cannot be cashed toward your character.
And yes you have to make every 15k in order to earn another made up slot where you can create another made up for your character.
And yes. It is a rather nice idea. Just a bit too powerful. Reminds me of something in an anime. XDD but what doesn't now a days. Also try to keep OOC chatter in the OOC thread ^_^

I really don't feel like explaining. But your first technique means you can stay super strong and crap for an infinate amount of time. I am taking guns away from the guild again. WE only have Muskets and Noir Kama I believe has all of them. So No No and no ^__^ Try again.
