Elyria Stone Wonyky Elyria Stone Tomthetank Wonyky Well I hope it goes well. In my time away from the guild, I am trying to learn Java. I might make a mod for minecraft to try to test myself. But I first need to finish learning enough to put it to the test. But Fasha! Me no speak engwish well, I no understand sensei. He sound like alien. It's a strange format and unfortunately it is mainly the same six people playing multiple roles, and the grand master is played by some one who is evidently consistently absent. I shall hope for the best and rank up my padawan ranked character as best as I can for the time being. You fail class, you no have home to come back to! rofl Play nice boys! LOL I saw you joined another SW Guild - made me a little nervous I admit LOL. I know I haven't been the most reliable...I will try to be better once I can get past the "Holiday Humps" I've been dealing with - worst coming up as you know - but I WILL try and make a comeback - personally and in the Guild - maybe not our "former glory" but maybe something more evolved...I appreciate how patient you have been with me...and more importantly - for sticking by me..and the few members hanging on - floralsnow has been making donations to Trooper regularly - she'd like to see us make it to - and I'm sure there are others..Once I can pull it together - well..let's hope! Its ok Nia, we all have our ups and our downs. This guild is no exception. We are just really far down at the moment. I will stick with it with you, maybe we can make something out of this situation. And if we can't, well we can still do stuff together, even if its not on here. If I can get it together - I'll get this place back on track! But it sure would be nice to have the rest of the crew back Indeed, this unit will do all that is with in the power of the Geth!

Sorry Kivi can't leave Tython (reaaalllyy sory) but I have to stay true to the story - she's supposed to "guard" Tython and keep tabs on the "suspicious" (albeit missing) Grandmaster

I understand about the being busy as heck and Yes Wonyky, you sent me to Hoth. Tomthetank, I wouldn't mind having some help there on Hoth to get my failing creative juices flowing. Wonyky, where do you live and what language do you speak? I love learning new language and I don't have the money to go to college to learn them. Plus there have been a lot of changes at my work due to a competitive Store coming into being where I live.

Wonyky, where do you live and what language do you speak? I love learning new language and I don't have the money to go to college to learn them. Plus there have been a lot of changes at my work due to a competitive Store coming into being where I live. I live in the USA, east coast. And I only know one language, which is English. Not for lack of trying to learn another language. I just find that I can't make my tongue move in such ways to produce the syllable's needed to speak other languages. But if your trying to learn another language, I would say start watching some shows that are subbed in English and are spoken in other languages. Its one way to pick up some of the more common words if you do some self study along with it.

I would suggest duolingo.com, its a free language learning website, with English to ten different languages. Another proverbial hat to wear, how exciting, should it be the trooper or the merc, hmmm... I will atleast get a landing crew assembled for an adequate entry.

Not that it matters much LOL but I will be away overnight tomorrow - my nephew is graduating - I'm gonna' bring my laptop, but I don't know if I'll be able to use it..will be back sometime on Friday..then I will try to start buckling down again and get this Guild back on track! *fingers crossed*

Its one way to pick up some of the more common words if you do some self study along with it. I personally like to watch Asian dramas and a lot of anime in Japanese with English subtitles. The anime has is own different interpretation of the language, so in most areas the words are slightly incorrect translations. but the dramas are a more accurate representation of the languages. I used to download them from Dorumax264, but i don't have time or my own personal computer to download them with.

Also has anyone checked out the core rules for the Star Wars Role Playing game that I mention about a while back? Wizards of the Coast made it. Unfortunately the book itself is about $40. I was thinking that the D20 system that it has may help with the fights in the Guild's Star Wars role plays. It includes Force powers in the system if I am correct. EDIT: If I am correct, I think there is an online version everyone can check. I know for sure about the star wars Wikipedia page has a category for it. You can also try looking up a character generator for the gameplay. Here I found it: Star wars rpg character generator
