Noira glanced back at Vincent as he spoke, not even surprised that he appeared. She looked forward then "Could be because I like fresh air. It helps me think," she replied. "I'm not going to 'test' you until you learn your own style." Noira looked up at Vincent as she spoke then with a serious expression. Her gaze was still as intense as ever. "Besides, we just got done fighting. No matter how fine you look, I am assuming all that forbidden magic took a toll on you. It wouldn't be right to test you at this time anyway."

Noira muffled a laugh as she heard Vincent "Really? I apologize then. I had no idea you wanted me to be so hard on you," she told him as she looked forward. "If you would like, we can start working out testing you tomorrow then." Hearing Vincent's question, Noira shrugged "Recently this city has... caught my interest some... in more ways than one," she explained as she glanced at some patches of flowers nearby.

"I used to be human so I would like to think I still have some humanity in me," Noira said with a small smile as she stared forward. As Vincent began dropping questions with her, Noira was silent for a moment before answering "There really is no such thing as being truly good and truly evil. It's more like a gray area... Though most see me as a 'villain', I consider myself and the Blackwing group more vigilante than anything..." she explained. "Those that have power tend to abuse it. In my life, I have been men of high political power and status use their strength to torment those below them. That has always been the case and there are rarely any truly good people with that power. Death is no exception. He wishes for the DWMA to go out and kill kishin such as myself while he seems to ignore the fact that humans can be just as maddening and monstrous as kishin are said to be." Noira glanced over at the school in the distance before looking forward again "I wish to rebuild the way our world sees rulers and power. I want to reconstruct it. Death is no exception. Your sister is also a threat to my goal and I will take out anyone who stands in my way of getting rid of the corruption in the human world. If I am to be labeled as 'evil' for wishing that then so be it."

Noira didn't look at Vincent as he spoke, she just continued staring blankly ahead of her as she walked. She wasn't expecting him to go against his family. "You don't have to worry about my going after her anymore... one of the original reasons I captured her and wanted her dead was because back then, she still did not hold a good enough grasp on her powers. Seeing how that as changed, she isn't in my line of sight anymore," she explained before smiling slightly "Both you and Miles seem to be pretty against me with my way of thinking. I don't blame you though. I think the way I do based on my experiences. Same as how you think based on yours. I can't change how you see me or my actions and the same goes for you with me," she explained. "I can't go back now... no matter how much I want to stop. The venom that runs through my veins and my decisions all the way back then prevents me from choosing another path."

Noira didn't do much at Vincent grabbed her collar and spoke to her. She just stared back at him, her black eyes void like usual. Though as he spoke about her being afraid, her eyes narrowed slightly. She lightly smacked his hand away so he would let go of her and just stood there. She stared up at him for a bit longer before her gaze shifted away from him "Afraid huh...? I suppose you are right then..." she replied. She paused again and looked like she was about to say something else before she heard a thud and glanced behind them.

The foreign exchange student known as Kara had face planted into the ground not too far away from them. "Ouch..." she whimpered, sitting up slightly and rubbing her head.

Kara rubbed her head a little bit more as Vincent walked over to her "I'm alright... Sorry I can be a little bit of a clutz," she said with a small laugh.
Meanwhile, Noira just stared at the girl, her gaze getting more and more intense as she looked at her. That anxious feeling was back. Why though? A sweet smell hit her nose and it made her stomach turn rather sickly. Noira suddenly glanced around then. There was no one else in their vicinity in the park. Just her, Vincent, and this girl. Noira realized what this anxiousness was. She realized what this presence was. "Vincent back off!" she stated.
As Vincent had his hand reached out, the girl would take it and begin standing, her other hand seemed to be wrapped around her side though before quickly moving outwards. Her grip severely tightened around Vincent's hand and she aimed something at him and then--
BAM
A gun shot echoed through the park though Vincent was unharmed. He would find himself on the ground with Noira above him, black blood trickling out of a gaping gunshot wound in her abdomen. Noira grimaced before quickly jumping up off of Vincent and standing between him and Kara who was now standing. "Whoops... I missed..." Kara said as she used her free hand to brush some locks out of her left eye, revealing it to be a bright gold color.

"Not really though..."

The woman that stood before them, Saint Clara, giggled then as she heard Vincent "Oh I am real," she stated. "You really thought I was dead? You give yourselves too much credit." Saint Clara twirled her pistol, Maria, in her hand. Noira glared at Saint Clara as her wound was slowly closing. Even though Saint Clara did not have any augmentations against Black Blood, her attacks were still strong enough to hurt Noira and cause her blood to take longer to regenerate injuries caused by her attacks. "Vincent... You need to leave... Now," Noira said as she continued staring at Clara. She knew if she broke her gaze with the woman, it was over. Saint Clara giggled again, a smirk on her face "She is right, sweetie. Put the book away before you get a bunch of holes in your cute little head."
