Mit shrugged a shoulder, "Spin will be a few months... After that we should be sure that the ligaments in Tora's wing have been reconnected and the bones are completely knitted. In a few weeks the healers will probably start bringing you and Tora to an open field so he can practice flying again... Stretching his muscles and such."
Spin made a purring sound, as she started falling asleep.

Mit looked at her, his eyes glowed green at a low level then stopped, "That's because your not using your connection between the two of you to your full potential. Right now, you're almost avoiding it. There's a wall between you and you're not bothering to glance over it. If you try, you can tell what he's thinking, and feeling, and as soon as he's ready for the connection he can do the same for you. Soon it'll feel like he's an extension of yourself."
