Three's head snapped up, eyes glassy and blank.
He blinked a few times, and it seemed to clear his head.
"I...I'm sorry, Miss Jackie..." he said, handing her the paper with shaking hands.

Jackie looked down at the paper "Give me that pencil" She needed to make some notes of her own or regards of what to let three remember and what not, she was really hating that song but it was not something that could harm could it? now now, his name? should she let him remember his name?.

"What do you mean . . . Marchy?" Ace's mind began to drift into sleep. He didn't know if Marcie had responded or not, but his world became more blurred. "I would love some tea when I'm out of here . . . or more of that . . . cold sweet drink you gave me," Ace murmured, sealing his eyes shut and falling asleep with Marcie in his arms.



Ace of Hearts gasped lightly, snapping back to reality.

"Oh my, no I haven't, my dear," he said, a bit embarrassed. He chuckled and adjusted his glasses.

"I believe I have to consult the Jack of Spades for that," he chuckled. "Sit tight, lovely! I'll be back!"

Ace of Hearts dashed from the Three of Hearts and Ace of Clubs. Does she think I kill what I find beautiful? Well . . . I suppose the color of blood makes some people look more beautiful . . . Ace of Hearts' lips curved in a sinister manner, recalling the bloody mess he made of the last Ace of Hearts. My did I ever color him beautifully.

Ace of Hearts turned a corner, pulling a piece of velvety cloth from his pocket. It's brown now, of course. The blood dried . . . but I still remember when this was such a lovely crimson.

Quickly, he stashed back in his pocket, hoping no one saw it. I must hurry; the Three is beginning to stir.

"Jackie dear," Ace of Hearts chanted, walking into the infirmary. "I need the life files of the Three of Hearts."

Alex nodded,"Yep." she said with a smile,He good at this....usually when it someone first time playing they only get 100.

Alex shook her head,"No,I'll watch you play.",she turned when she heard what Tao said,and smiled,"Well that's good..." she said.

Marcie didn't bother to answer, Raven had obviously fallen asleep, she yawned and placed a kiss to his forehead, she then fell asleep as well, all the tiredness form spending the night awake came setting in like a death weight in her eyes, she fell asleep in Ace's grip, grateful for the dreamless sleep.

Jackie sighed,"We'll speak about that later three" she folded three's paper and saved it on her pocket, she then got to her feet and gave a small glance on Ace of hearts direction "Follow me" She lead the way to the storage room in silence and opened the door with the small silver key hanging form her neck, it was such a pain to be on charge of the files, she couldn't wait for jack of hearts to return "You wait here" still, she didn't trust many people inside so it was better to make him wait.

Ace of clubs stayed behind, someone needed to be there in case three of hearts waked up but why did it have to be her? well, Ace of Hearts was gone so there was no use in complaining now, she would just need to wait. she was always waiting anyhow, waiting for the time to inject the new recruits, waiting for the time she would be found out as a fraud for not erasing her own memories, waiting for a normal life, waiting for someone to kill her, just waiting... she would like to do something for a change.

Jackie came out after a moment with 3 folders on hand, three of hearts, three of spades and her own... she just hoped Ace of clubs could come over soon so that she could get this over with. "Here" She said handing ace of hearts the files "I expect it back by tomorrow" She said in a emotionless voice, she really needed to get rid of her memories already, all the blood was making her sick, she could almost taste the cooper in her tongue, that warm sweet smell was just too much "Please tell Ace of clubs to hurry up".
