Hmm... I remember seeing all of them at some point, and though they may have been translated differently to what is shown there.
Excellent, A time genjutsu could be helpful for my character, making my opponent feel like time has slowed, or sped up perhaps. Always good to mess with their minds.Or you will be knelt...

I dont remember the flame Lotus Sword maneuverer thing though.
I decided to add an extra epic only when I am pure awesome move, I call it, White Fire. It's pretty much just make hotter flames.
Heh, yeah, slowing people down would mess with you massively.

Aye, something that dulls their perception of time, they woudl still move the same speed, but not be able to react as fast or deal with it as easily.
Hmm... Flame Lotus skills were used against Zero at the end of the Orcaion Seis arc, when he goes full Dragonslayer and owns him.
Ah, Enhanced fire skill. Nice, sounds like some kind of opposite to the black flames of Amaterasu. Perhaps you could give them the added ability of begin able to destroy those flames, which are normally unstoppable, though you would need to be at a high rank for it.Or you will be knelt...

Hmm, I can remember the fight, just not the flaming swords...
I was planning on having to be about Anbu skill or slightly lower for that ability.

Aye, ANBU seems like a good level for it, ANBU or Jonin.

Indeed you do. I wonder where the others are though... I don't have enough time to train two people, so if I can get someone to teach the other one then I would be able to teach your character.
Meh, Belligerent is far too epic to stab himself, plus it would ruin the moment of him disintegrating a door and entering the anteroom of his epic lab facility.Or you will be knelt...
