Dolly gasped as she was hugged, feeling tears hit her neck from Shou. She stayed where she was, letting him hug her. "W-Why... Why would you get hurt for me? Why don't you want me to leave?" She asked, rather confused.

shou held her tighter wondering whether or not to tell her the truth "its...its because i really like you.." he said honestly "and i would do anything for you"

Dolly felt his grip tighten, though it didn't hurt her. Through his tears she heard the words that would have made her heartbeat quicken. But it only dropped.... figuratively. "You know... you're not supposed to like me..." She said. "And, You should like your won kind. Not a monster like me." She whispered to him.

"i dont care about that" he said not thinking about what to say, and just letting the words come out "our races dont matter to me....i just like you dolly" he said not once loosening his hold on her "and thats the truth"

Dolly paused. She really didn't know what to say. Taking her hand and placing it on his head, she sighed. "Even if it doesn't matter to you, or to me, it matters to everyone else. We will both get killed, unless its the vampire council. Then only you would die. And that would be my fault." She said, taking blame for something that didn't even happen yet.

shou finally let go of her and looked down, he couldnt think of something that would make her agree to stay "please dolly..." he said in a low voice "if i die, then its my fault....i wouldn't blame you"

Dolly listened to him, looking back at him. "I can't stay in the house, now." She said, telling him she was leaving. So with that she turned and started to walk. Not maybe ten feet away, still walking, she said, "You know... You can come, too. If you want." She said, but if he didn't, she'd understand.

the woman laughed and turned to look at the little girl. "Grace, come here. Our little friend needs someone to bond with. Be a good girl and keep him company hmm?" (You wanna play the girl?)
"So she the one you picked from the street that I heard about?" Talon asked.
"Hmm, yes, she's not a very flexible dancer, but she will be when she's older. We're just keeping her here to feed her and she has to work for her room and food. Me and the other ladies make sure that she isn't messed with by old geezers that like little girls. So we gave her the spot closest to us and to the door so we can leave if anything does happen." The woman replied.
Selene ran up the road north and kept running, checking in with every vampire on the way, to see if they heard of where the three vampires might be. Then she got a lead, their scents drifting in the wind. She quickly picked up her pace to get to her destination.

Shou was still looking down when she suggested this, he quickly glanced up at her, he wiped his face and ran up to her "i'll go with you" he said a smile forming on his face

Dolly smiled and looked up at him. "You really want to come with me? Even if I could harm you... or we'll face danger?" She asked.

Cayden looked up at the little girl, a soft and shy smiled coming upon his face.
