"Oh right." He shook his head and fished it out of his pocket and handed it to the man. "That should be enough."
He didn't like the conversation, or rather how things were being handled. He leaned into Maki, not really caring about his father at this point.
He quickly counted the money. "This should work. I'll get in touch with you if it isn't." He stuffed the money in his pocket and leaned on the counter.

His father had a bad look on his face. He obviously was trying to look away from him and Maki.
He glared a little at his son and Maki. He couldn't believe what he was doing in his presence. "Excuse me." He left the room, drinking half his beer quickly.

she followed him "you're doing so good" she rubbed his arm softly
he smiled into Nat's hair before he looked up and drabk some more ginger ale

"I can't watch those two. How can you stand to see the two of them all over each other?" He downed the rest of his beer and went to the liquor cabinet and poured himself some scotch.
"Whats his problem?" He said after both of Nates parents walked out of the room. He tried not to laugh.

"I'm good to go I guess." He got off Makis lap and walked into the other room. I got a little nervous as he saw his dad with scotch. "We're going to head out."

she went and hugged him "you be good now"
"I'm fine now Roy, it was just because I was pushing myself that's all" he went over to the door were Nate was "thank you for haveng me and letting me shower" he smiled and waved as he picked up his bag and slid his shoes back on

she let her son go and hugged the other two boys in turn "that goes for all of you"
"yes mam we know" he smiled hugging her back before turning to Roy "lets get you off to your fiance to be and the emotional monster from hell"
