Unrelinquished Despair iShay-chan Hinote Tosatsu His own. His village wasn't very active, but at the time, it was because most of them were waiting on him, so he decided it'd be best to step down. FINALLY. He wasn't a very good Hokage. No offense. What happened to Misa? I know she hasn't been Kage for a while, but I haven't seen her in POTS in a long time. And I check some of these forums multiple times a day. @Kibi: Oto has some of the best roleplayers in POTS, but it's not extremely active. If you want to surround yourself with highly literate roleplayers, but don't mind waiting maybe a day or two for a reply, go there. Otherwise, I reccomend Kiri or Suna. @Meta: I'm tryingggggg. I can see the improvement in your RPing from what we've already sent back and forth, though. You're putting more detail into your character's actions. Also: you should bring Julia into POTS and stick her in Kiri with Karis. D'aaaw, thank you. I would stick Julia in Kiri, but I already have a girl with a similar personality in Suna, however, I just might, since Julia would be bisexual, and very, VERY forward/cocky. Aya is a lesbian, a masochist. Actually, I will bring Julia, you mean the one from Axiom right? Don't thank me for an observation, dear. I like Julia. :O Yeah. HAH! TAKE THAT INTERNET! I FOUND YOU! (In other news, apparently my Hiatus can be changed from full to semi)
And Kibi, Kiri would be an amazing choice seeing as it is the best village in the guild, but it is full, so no more members will be accepted.

Misa vanished about the time we booted her from crew. I personally believe the two incidents may be related.
@Kibi: Between Kiri and Oto, Kiri definitely has the most knowledge, if you're going by kage. But if you're just out for information being available, and an awesome RP experience, Oto really would be a good place to go. The only reason it's not that active is because most of the people there are running second RPCs, so throwing a few new guys in there like you would be exactly what it needs to get rolling. Oto has the most thorough design of any of the villages. It's really quite impressive, and the experience is going to be completely different from most other places in the guild as a result.
@Greg: Silly, still touting Kiri superiority? You know you guys would fall quickly in any drawn out world war. And in the end, Oto would reign supreme. The combined awesomeness of Tosatsu and Cobra guarantees it!

I happen to -LOVE- Kiri.
@Kibi: Oto is a very well-developed village, and does have some of the guild's best RP-ers right now.
If you're picking your village, here's a brief synopsis:
Jade (Kazekage) is hysterical and a strong RP-er. She's reliable and fair and has an amazing sense of humor. Shaky due to a transition period that they went through, Suna has a deep hidden strength that you might not expect from the village at first glance.
Cobra (Otokage) is one of the top 5 best RP-ers in the guild. Or at least I think so. He's got his shiz together. He's fair, and he doesn't put up with b.s. from people. And he won't ever let you down. He doesn't let people get away with s**t, and he's an amazing person to learn to improve your RP skill from. He taught me to RP better. His village is very well put-together and thought out. A force to be reckoned with, surely.
Lilly (Hokage) is one of the nicest people in POTS. She RPs similar to the way Cobra RPs. She's like Cobra, just a girl. Her village is diverse, a quiet community. They like to keep to themselves.
I have no current knowledge of Iwa or Kumo, as I just returned from hiatus to find that the Death Dealers have taken over Kumo. No word from Iwa yet though.

Hmm... I really am beginning to think that I might become one. Seeing as I can't get the Nanabi, which would allow for a great stealth boost. I might want to get a large Intelligence boost.

I understand that the Uchiha bloodline is closed, I was refering to the Kazekage, Jade Uchiha. I think she would be highly intelligent. Atleast close to Luo Ushio. ( Although with the Ushio clan being geniuses to the entire world, and Luo being a genius among them, I think it would be somewhat hard for her to match his I.Q. )

Pity. No use crying over filled villages. I should be rejoicing that the guild is that full.

Hmm... I think I will choose Otogakure. It is interesting to say the least, and It allows me to use ninjutsu that supresses my footsteps, that partnered with my Assassin type will allow for a near perfect sneaking ability.

I'd mention it to Luo via PM if you're looking to join the Ushio bloodline, because I am almost positive that Ushios have to be in Kiri, since Taki doesn't exist, and neither does the moon village.

Lance would give a bit more trouble thanks to the Gobi, but either of us would put him down quickly. LT... I've never actually seen him fight or anything, so I dunno. Luo is your only real threat, and he's rarely active enough for a full scale war with anyone, much less everyone, as you seem to have forgotten I said world war. And I am factoring RPCs here, not just skill. Kye is a kage, and head of Satetsu. Yasa is an outright monster, thanks to my epic character creation skills, and head of Crystal. He's also jounin rank, though that may eventually advance to sannin, as that's basically the place he fills now. Yamatano is Hatake clan head, but he's a chuunin, so basically just a slightly stronger than average chuunin. Kaizen is the Gobi host, and also a chuunin, making him somewhat of a threat, but still no match for either of us. LT, I think is an Uchiha or something? Well, no matter what he is, we'd slaughter him. Luo would be a threat, as the Ushio clan head, and a kage, plus summoning. But I'm sure Kye and Yasa combined could bring him down without too much difficulty. And if you all attacked at once, we have a whole barn full of meat shields! Which could be coated in explosive seals by Yasa, and flung at you at high velocity by Kye. Seriously, the world should count itself lucky that Oto is a neutral village. We would decimate wherever we went if we went to war.

I think you all are forgetting that Gregar, Luo, Lance and LT can be made stronger than what they normally are thanks to a certain person that you seem to have forgotten. sweatdrop
Kibi Yonin...why do I get the feeling that I've met you before...are you new to gaia? Have you been in any other guilds?

I would say mist to be with mine but it's closed sweatdrop I just saw Rahenno apply for Cloud. Maybe this time his rpc won't be ridiculously powerful

Maybe this time his rpc won't be ridiculously powerful Uh his wasn't. the only couple people that were ridiculously powerful were Oni and Hector cause both of them had characters since the beginning of the guild and they basically ignored the rules cause they said they had their character so long if they did it would destroy them
