Perhaps Liliya could just have some land given over to the winners, and work for them? From what I can tell that's basically what happened to Germany. Modern society wouldn't let countries be dissovled.
Anne would pick whoever's side Alvi and/or Adelbert was on. And Adelbert would pick Liesel's side. Liesel however, would not pick Russia's side.

Iceland is going to be on Russia's side because Russia helped Iceland with Financial problems and since he accepted the deal Russia can hold it over his head, and if he doesn't accept she'd just take him over anyways because he'd be to sick to really do anything to stop her.
Or something like that.

I might not put in him WW3 since Saundra might plan a surprise rape on him. .__.
Steal some vital regions and come back for the rest when Beo ain't around to protect the little guy.

I'd be crazy if, like the Austrian Succession, Scotland and Denmark ran off somewhere to fight out there own personal war over Theo. xD
But nah, it's a group thing so... yeah. o__o
