Carl Krummett Thats how my cat died, he ran away and when he came back he got some weird cancer and we had to put him asleep a year later.......I loved that cat. Odd. Was it cancer or Feline Leukemia? Or was this just something discovered once he got back, not something he'd contracted while he was gone? But I am sorry. Worse than losing a pet is waiting for the clock to run out on one.

(OOC: Steve opened two windows to PM the cards to the players. When someone said "hit me" he posted what cards they got in the thread to save on time and when someone won the hand, he announced.)

Carl Krummett I think it might have been that That seemed likely. It's not cancer per se, but one hell of a nasty virus that a cat can get from other cats that haven't been given their shots. I'm sorry...it's a lousy way to lose an animal. Not that there are many good ways.
