This is actually a really casual picnic one.
We were told to where jeans and such and not to dress up.
The wedding was a while ago, but the moms both wanted something for family and friends to get together.

Great some a** is doing an Hetalia Day event in a location within an hour of Spokane, That's three hours I don't want to drive for.
No choice. Make one for the usual location.
