No RPC with any intelligence is going to try and take on people that have such a huge power gap between your RPC and theirs. Ouch. I get where your coming from. We needed to free up the 2nd Division, since the two other people in it left, and the Captain was an NPC, so with Shizuko leaving, I wanted it free for other people to join. As such, murder time!

Shizuko is on a killing spree.
Edit: Noire isn't exerting any reiatsu whatsoever. Honestly, he's used so much reiryoku it'd be hard to detect him.

I usually ask Feiyimei for opinions on powers but with her absents for the time being can I ask how everyone feels about this for my Quincy letter power?

I was thinking thinking along the lines of summoning groups of minions and would work like the events so far like the hollows who must be taken down with by generating rolls.

I've always been a fan of minions, but I feel like it could use an expansion, like, it does slightly more than that.

I like it but seems a little limited and similar to the zombie just not as oh my gosh

For my RPC, I am making a gun-using Quincy commando. He's going to be a former American soldier who retired and became a vigilante police officer. He's also going to be extremely racist towards Asians, Blacks, and Hispanics.
He's going to have Swastika's tattooed on his shoulders. From the Neo-Nazi era. That escalated quickly
I'm going to make a Gillian hollow RPC as well. That will go through the natural evolution process before becoming an Arrancar.Speaking of characters I was gonna make a vizard. Would you rather have a nice nurse like kaido expert or a traditional feudal samurai type guy that is like a fish out of water in the real world and also a bakudo guy but with a little more zanjutsu muscle to add to the kido specialists
Furthermore, a healer support would be exceptionally useful. Especially with the injuries that Noire and Shizuko have sustained, let alone the ones Domon may have acquired in our little assault on Soul Society.
Now, this doesn't mean you can't learn bankai or whatever, I just need you to start out a tad weaker.
I'm going to allow only a few more Vizards. At most 2 more former Lieutenants and the rest 3rd seats or greater.Oh yeah I don't even have bankai's developed for the 2 lol. But if the Vizards are stacked I could always just make a Fullbringer.
