well, just popped in to say I'm leaving tomorrow for christmas vacation and won't come back until the 31st. I'll miss you guys ;-;
I'll be looking forward to your projects for the contests when I get back ^^

eh, I'm not too enthusiastic about going =.=; I wanted to spend my winter break sleeping, I'm still tired from last semester, but my mom bought the plane tickets anyway
and she knows real well I have a phobia of flying!!!! Dx

I thought of drawing Raleigh because there is a song from Bowling for Soup that I wanted to use for a Hetalia amv and they mention "Raleigh is the capital of North Carolina." so I thought it would be cool add my drawing of the two. Main reason people go to Raleigh is bussiness related or because he is hosting conventions (Like Animazement that's commin up in May emotion_kirakira ) Charlotte is also generally bussiness related but a lot more stricked than Raleigh. ^.^;

anyway, I made Mexi head back to her dorm, Estonia would probably return to the dorm as well due to exhaustion from healing people, due to embarrassment from his costume, Sweden will be hiding in his room, and Spain... I'll just make him be with Romano in the dorm. What he'll be doing, I'll never tell xD

Aw, poor Sweden. I think Finland is still trying to get him to take a bite of pasta...
I've only been to Raleigh and it did seem like a pretty business minded place... Not really like Nashville. I mean, they have businesses and a lot more business people than in other parts of the state, but the main focus is still music, Grace Land, the Grand Old Opry (and all its side attractions) and that sort of thing. Most people are really casual in comparison to the neighboring capitals I've been to. Atlanta had a LOT of people who were fashionably dressed or in business suits in comparison to Nashville... It kind of startled me. I hope at least Kentucky and Arkansas are more casual in their capitals... TN really is a lot more country than GA or NC from what I've seen. sweatdrop

Poor Toris is left with Feliks. sweatdrop not that there is anything wrong with being stuck with Poland. xd Darn someone beat me to No Hablo InglesIt depends what part of NC you look at. But then again I've never been out west outside of the state so TN probably it more country. I imagine it's similar to the western part of NC. I simply can't imagine the mountain area without someone playing a banjo or something blue grass related. Although I know a lot of people in the eastern part (majority of it being guys) that fit the redneck profile. And there are some small towns where you really feel like you're out in the boonies. It's pretty sad when you're all excited about your town finally having a Walmart. XD

Speaking of capitals, I'm going to Lansing soon. It's for school, and it's a field trip really. Because it's the capital, I imagine everyone wearing suits and talking on phones, carrying suitcases while impatiently tapping their shoes on the ground...I don't have a very vivid imagination. We all know what Spain will be doing with Romano. emotion_dowant  ' Anyone else think that Iggy looks like a Chibi! Nyotalia! Form? And France is an older girl? @blue cheese: Huh... It does kind of look like that, doesn't it? I never noticed. xd RandomPrincess~^_^~ And there are some small towns where you really feel like you're out in the boonies. It's pretty sad when you're all excited about your town finally having a Walmart. XD You just described several COUNTIES in TN... sweatdrop My brother who moved to NC said he never thought of TN as being all that country until he moved. (He's the one with the girlfriend who tricked us with her vinegar based BBQ) I mean, it's not totally different, but it's noticeable. When I went through Georgia one of the things that startled me was how many evergreens there were. We have quite a few in TN, but most of the trees you see are the kind that change color. That's why TN is so energetic in the fall. Lots of people like to come visit and see him when he's at his best and all the trees are red-gold. The harvest season combined with the changing colors is when TN has lots of festivals and acts kind of hyper. (I think TN likes the harvest more than even Christmas to be honest.)
