Item 1: Hood with fur trimming. Colours CC. Completely fine with her necklace getting obscured x3
Item 2: Tabard with fur trimming and fur linker chains. Colour to match hood.
Item 3: Feather capelet. Colour CC - maybe like her mane if it looks good?
Total: Free

Like I said, her necklace can be covered over no problem. In terms of layering I guess I'd image the hood to be on top, then the capelet, then the tabard under that? If it doesn't work, you can leave off the capelet or change the layering around ^.^
