No, he just saw her first.
Last time he saw Luna she was 'on the clock'
If you read his history he's not really attached to anything or anyone so he will go for Luna sooner or later
He is the opposit of my normal characters who try to remain alone rofl

it's like she KNOWS he'll eventually get bored and leave, so she's always got a short fuse with Zeke.
