The most that's happened is an awareness of emotions, that's about it.

Thats from the naga clan post, does it mean you have to be a ninjutsu specialist?

The naga clan says at Chuunin they are able to learn snake summons, I thought all Chuunin could learn a summon so does this mean Naga don't nee the Summon head master to learn them?

@Nerd: I'm actually writing up sage mode............but the post requirements are epically long. I dont think anyone will want sage mode if they see it.
@Havik: No. Naga clan members will still need to see the original snake summoner (me, ironically) to get snake summons.

Regardless of modifiers, all learning will require at least one post, even if it says you can learn it in -44 posts. And a complete paragraph, not half a sentence of "he tried and did it."

Two Questions.
1. What exactly is a custom technology, cause i've seen some that border on the edge of weapons and some that border on the edge of jutsu. So just want to know exactly what the guide lines were.
2. If I had tattoo all over my body that could summon weapons depending on the area. Like my upper right arm can summon a sword, where my upper left arm can summon a staff. What would that be considered (Jutsu, Weapon, or Technology), and what would the rank be per say.

Custom technology SHOULD be just that. Special equipment with a special usage, such as chakra pills, weird robotic legs, and high velocity kunai launchers.
Your tattoos would be considered seals, and more specifically, storage seals. Currently, that would go under jutsu, though I think it would do us good to make a special custom seals thread. The rank would probably depend on what sort of stuff you're yanking out of the seal. If you had one with a few shuriken, that'd be D. Whipping a katana out of your wrist, would probably be a C rank seal.

For the Academy test it says I need to master 3 Ninjutsu. Do the two staring ones count?

Custom technology is kind of like the "unsure" bin. Anything that doesnt quite fit anywhere else can be regarded as custom technology.
I would hold off on trying to make summoning tattoos for the moment.
