Randal gently wiped at the bite and sucked on the edge of the hankerchief again and looked over the bite, it was much better, a little bite more and it would just be a bruise.

Kevin took out another pain bill, as well as a sleeping one, becuase he had a feeling Leo would not sleep well

Leo wrinkled his nose, his neck was feeling much better. "What's that for?" He asked curiously

Randal smiled. "That is for healing you." he said with a laugh and pulled away, that was about all he could do for Leo right than.

Kevin laughed. "I don't think your old enough to yet Leo." He responded, looking to Randy for confermation as he offered Leo the pills and a glass of water.

Randal sat back, slowly straitening. "Yes, you may learn how soon, it took me awhile." he said

Leo looked hopefully. "And I get to learn to read too?" He asked hopefully, taking the pills and swallowing them down

Kevin nodded. He moved and set up a pillow for Leo. "Lye down love." He said softly, helping the boy to lie down. "Before you fall asleep."

Leo curled up against the pillow, clutching Roo tight. He yawned, sniffing softly. It was hard not to think about what had happened when people weren't talking.

Randal smiled and snagged the blanket that had slipped off the couch, drapeing it over Leo.

Kevin walked around the room and closed all the heavy curtains, making sure no light peaked through. It was almost morning, he didn't want the boy to be hurt any more then he already had.

Leo was quickly falling asleep, he curled up under the blanket. Still damp blond hair spread out over the pillow.
