Hidden federation - Clown Teufel turned to face the source of the voice that had addressed her. A slight narrowing of her eyes was the only immediate sign that she recognized the person standing there. Hardly a surprise, the Joker was a very distinctive character, it would be difficult to find someone who wouldn't recognize him. He had asked what their purpose for coming was, but she made no immediate effort to answer him. Instead, she sumamrized what she knew of him. "Joker. Member of the Senate of Hidden Federation, and de facto leader of Hidden Clown. Known to be a skilled medic-nin and thaumaturge, and has recently conquered Hidden Leaf and Mist." She straightened up, before nodding her head slightly in greeting.
"I am Teufel Verbotennen, representing the Beschatten sie Klausur. We are currently located in a distant land beyond the World Gate, but we are looking into expanding. As such, your exploits have garnered our attention, and we would like to enter negotiations toward forming an alliance. We have resources that you may find useful, and the opposite is potentially true."
There was likely more to the offer than simply exchanging resources, but Teufel made no mention of anything more. She was a Demon, after all, and Demons were rather infamous at making deals that sounded innocent, until they were actually finalized. But what loophole could there be in something so straightforward. Exchanging resources was an entirely up-front dealing. Unit for unit, or exchanging upon agreed-upon values. Unless the Joker had no mind for numbers, there wasn't much of a chance that he would wind up cheated.
She paused in her attempt there, leaving the offer on the table, as it were. Would the Joker be inclined to pursue the matter, or was he happy with what he had already accomplished? Conquering two villages wasn't too shabby, nothing to be ashamed of in knowing your limits. After all, conquering a village was one thing, maintaining it was another. Supply infrastructure, maintenance, basic amenities, that was a lot of work. She took for granted that he had his own information network, potentially large enough to have even infiltrated the lower ranks of the Beschatten sie Klausur. If that was true, then he would already know of her rank and current prestige. Her position within her own organization would be indicative of just how much interest the Beschatten sie Klausur had in this alliance. Sending someone of a low enough rank could be insulting, while sending someone of higher rank could potentially be construed as threatening, or at least aggressive. "Are you amenable to such an alliance?" The time had come to find out if he was interested in playing ball.
All the while Nyx remained silent, watching the other two as she occasionally nodded her head to a melody only she could hear. She had already been told what was expected of her on this trip, and her role had yet to come into play. She was fine with waiting, she was in no rush to get to work. Simply being able to play her pipes as she walked, exploring a new land, that was excitement enough for her tastes. Unlike some of the others that had already come to serve Teufel, she was no combatant. That was part of why she had been chosen, she understood that much. Bringing a combatant as Teufel's second would have been an act of aggression, a challenge. Better to bring someone who held a more passive role. She could fight if she absolutely had to, but it was not her forte. She held no weapons, and the only strength she had was by virtue of her being a Demon herself. That strength would hopefully not be needed, she would much rather be called upon for her music or other skills. [634 + 660 = 1294 out of ??? ]

They did like to get straight down to business. He only placed his hand through his hair and he listened to the girl talk, and boy could she do that well. He never really was one to do business, he usually let the councilmen do that. However, she came to find him. He put his hand on his head and he listened to her name. It was unusually complicated. So he wouldn't bother with learning it in full details.
"Your name has.. about a million letters in it. I have been beyond the world gate a few times. Met somebody who changed my life.. or undead life.. or whatever you would call it.."
Joker laughed and as he did a small bug would fall out of his mouth. He picked it up and swallowed it. He then looked down at the ground and then he sighed. Was she still going on about whatever she was talking about. Joker picked his teeth with his fingernail. Yes.. she was.
"You have resources? Do you have a particle flux drive.. or a giant chimera. I am not exactly sure what I would do with either. But I think I can use both. However an alliance is always in our best nature.."
Joker said as he stood up. He was a clown, but he didn't get to be the head of the senate by not being smart. He looked at her in the eye. Both of his eyes taring at her with full amounts of insanity and genius. He only put his finger on his lips. He tapped his fingers on his lips again. He only wondered what he could do with a legion of demons. He then tapped his fingers again.
"Your demon sidekick does she talk? I am interested because my children they don't talk. I would love to hear her voice.."
Joker didn't reveal their location. But he could see from all the different angles he needed too. He only looked at her in the eyes. He had killed so many to get to his position and he didn't plan on losing it to a demon and her little friend. He only licked his lips as he nodded to her. His voice sounded serious. Which was more frightening then him not being serious. He didn't smile. He just sat and talked to her.
"First you tell me.. how many you are looking to trade. I ahve A Federation, The Largest Village in the ninja world, and finally another village full of vicious ninjas. What would you have to offer us?"
He then scratched his chin a bit.
"Do tell I haven't seen you demons in my neck in the woods..well in ever. so why the bold triumph of showing yourself off? Are you making some kind of militaristic conquest because.. I am so interested."
Joker said with a smile. He could see the second in command. She was a bit odd. She was moving to something that he couldn't see or understand. However, she was still moving. However he could hear the urge. He wanted to cut them open to see how they worked. Joker wanted to know if they had organs, blood, how much blood they could bleed. He only put his hand on his head to calm himself down.
Hidden Federation - Clown Teufel frowned when the Joker met her gaze. She knew the more notable details of the Shinobi lands. The various clans that were particularly infamous or powerful, some of the more impressive battles and wars that had changed the political landscape, singular warriors who had helped shape those events. As such, she recognized a part of what she saw in the madman's gaze, and knew it for the threat it could become. But she let the feeling pass, she was here to make a deal, not evaluate a potential enemy. But first she could indulge a little curiosity. Turning her head, she made a slight gesture for Nyx to step forward. He had wanted to hear her voice, she would oblige him. So she stepped to the side, so that Nyx could face the Joker directly.
Nyx continued to move to the same rhythm she was listening to within her head. Every step was in time to the beat, every shifting of her stance an interpretation of the melody. She played a quick melody on her pipes before sketching a slight bow.
"So you want to know if Nyx can speak with dulcet voice; your knees go weak? Every phrase murmured or mutter, every word Nyx cares to utter, can command the hearts of men, drive them into the fray once again. So can Nyx talk? She can indeed, to her warning you should heed."
With her brief verse completed, Nyx inclined her head once more before stepping back. She had summed up her role well enough, and carried a tune at the same time. That was the sort of role she was suited for, that was her purpose. She was the musician, the bard. It was to her that the soldiers would look, to let their hearts be stirred by heroic ballad, to hear of the exploits of distant warriors and fearsome foes.
Now that that was completed, Teufel was able to return to the act of negotiating. "You misunderstand, my friend. The lands we claim have no need of vicious ninja, we have bloodthirsty fiends and beasts in plenty. No, what we need are... raw resources." There was a certain visceral gleam in her eye as she said this, perhaps Joker would understand her meaning. They could be kindred spirits, in a sense, in how they saw the world. "I couldn't speak to the possession of a particle flux drive, but chimeras we have in plenty. Twisted amalgamations, animals mutated and warped by energy anathema to natural life, we have that in plenty." There was no doubt she was telling the truth, her own form was indicator enough of that. With her ram's horns and furred legs ending in cloven hooves, she was practically a chimera herself. That was only the tip of the spear when it came to her own abilities, but that was neither here nor there.
"You ask a difficult question. The Demon courts are constantly in turmoil, so there is always battle going on somewhere." And that was true enough. Not all of the battles were fought with might and main, some were held solely in the courts, where political power and charisma were the weapons of choice. But they were still battles, and every bit as savage as any other. "So yes, there are military conquests being held even now, but for the nonce, our arms are not raised at you and yours." This was true as well, the vast majority of the Demon forces were often arrayed against each other, the various lords squabbling for prestige and power by attacking when the mood and opportunity struck them. It seemed chaotic to an outsider, but there was a certain rhyme and reason to it. The battles followed an ancient script, one that dictated how often they be held, when it was appropriate to challenge a rival, what construed a violation of demonic ethics, everything.
In everything she had said, Teufel had not once lied to the Joker. She had told the truth. Whether he would believe that, or be able to know it, was just as much a test for him as it was for her. She was making an earnest effort to make this deal work. But even so, she was a Demon, and that carried a certain stigma. Could she be trusted? To a certain extent, yes. Whenever one made a deal with a devil, they would always get exactly what they wished for. So if the Joker was careful, there would be nothing for him to fear. [761 + 1294 = 2055 out of ??? ]
(I felt obliged to make Nyx rhyme, shades of Etrigan.)

Joker only looked at them slowly. She kept speaking in some sort of riddle. Not a complete riddle, but not a complete truth. She used words like.. Resources. But not what kind of resources or what these resources where, but he was still interested. He placed his hands in his hair and slowly shook his shaggy hair out a bit. He pointed on his finger tips and he counted on them.
"You keep using this word.. Resources..I am not exactly sure what this Resources are but you have use this term quite a few times.. So what are these resources you are looking for... need or have desire for.."
Joker might have been a clown. but he wasn't a stupid clown. He always had his mind on the job or how to make himself better. His brain was off put by the other girl's little rhyme. He only opened his eyes a bit wider. He was actually entrance by her little tune. He had heard it before, but he wasn't exactly sure where, but that didn't matter. He only tapped his head and decided to answer back with us own rhyme.
"...all I want for my birthday is a big bootie ho..."
Joker laughed a bit. As he slammed his down into his side. His smile grew from ear to ear and he couldn't help but be happy. However, this was a front for him to block the worry that he might have had on his face. He often knew that he wasn't going to the good afterlife. No matter if his wings where black and he had a halo. However, he wondered how fast he could be sent to the other afterlife with playing with demons. He only chuckled a bit. He put his finger in his mouth ad he gave them a big smile.
"Do tell what it is you need exactly."
He said with a big toothy grin.
"I don't need a chimera either. I am above a chimera. I am going to need something better.. since I am practically dooming myself and probably a few others to go to hell or something like that.."
Teufel cocked her head to the side as she processed what the Joker had just told her. She had known that he would ask sooner or later just what resources she was after. If he hadn't, she would have been disappointed. Such a lapse would have been proof enough that she was dealing with an amateur, someone not worth her time. But she didn't have to worry about it, he had finally taken the bait, and wanted to know more. Showing interest was a telling sign that he might go for the deal after all. But first...
"Dooming to Hell? My friend, don't let such superstitions bother you! Why would I want to drag you to Hell? That would be bad for business, who else would want to have anything to do with me if that's how I treated my partners? No, I want you to live a long life, proof that you benefited from this exchange. Better to have your enemies be the ones dragged to Hell, yes?"
She paused a moment to add to the slight dramatic tension, shifting her posture as if reluctant to divulge what she was about to say. The identity of the resources she had come to procure.
"I hadn't mentioned what I was after already? I apologize for that, I couldn’t ask you to agree to an exchange without the terms being spelled out fully. What I want- no, what the entire Beschatten sie Klausur wants- is fresh blood. Not actual blood, mind you. But fresh recruits, new faces and new outlooks. Those who haven't already been trained to human standards, ones that can still be turned to a new purpose and a new leader. Children, preferably, the better to reduce the number of old memories they would need to forget. You can't serve two masters, after all."
She had come for the population? Not even trained fighters, but rather those who hadn't had any training? Whether because they were unsuitable for combat or simply hadn't chosen that path, she was after the sort that wouldn't be of use to Federation's war efforts anyways? It didn't seem to make sense, surely the Demon lands had their own populations, including children. There had to be more to it than simply needing new recruits, but what else might the truth entail? She seemed to think her explanation was good enough, though, for that was where she stopped.
"Something better than a chimera? That shouldn't be a problem. A living engine of destruction, belching flames that cannot be extinguished, bearing scales that cannot be pierced. Blood of poison and an absolute loyalty and thirst for blood. This I can offer you, and much more. A legion of the same, or an elite cadre of fiendish assassins, whatever your needs be, they won't stop until their target is dead. Much more than a mundane chimera, I assure you."
A slight demonstration of the true visceral power of a Demon seemed in order. Teufel shifted her stance once more, her hooves easily keeping her balance even as a shudder ran down her slight frame. A moment later, immense leathery wings erupted from her back. Bone tore through frayed skin the color of sun-bleached leather, even as the wings slowly beat the air. A reptilian tail sprouted from behind her, it's tip forming a wickedly sharp barb of raw bone, glistening with black poison like a mad scorpion's. Her free hand visibly warped and swelled before scales broke out along it's surface, her hand melting and flowing until it formed a dragon's head. It's eyes burned balefully as it took in it's surroundings, even as brimstone expelled from it's nostrils and sparks spat from it's slavering mouth.
All of these changes took only a moment, before Teufel appeared in a much more fearsome light. Her eyes glowed a bloody red even as she let a grin similar to the Joker's own come across her face. It wasn't often that she took on a form such as this, and she felt sure that it would be reasonably impressive, and quite the piece of proof that she could deliver what she had spoken of. Edward Chitan, True Metal
Edward would just stare at the sleeping teacher for several minutes. He could stand it no longer, thoug Seeing no other choice, Edward breathed in deeply, before he released a yell straight into the man's ear. "Hey, Get the Hell up." The man's eyes would widen as he suddenly as he fell back in his chair. His chair fell over with him and he hit the floor with a thud. The man blinked in confusion, looking up to the boy, who stood over him, arms crossed and annoyance blaring on his face. The man just looked at the boy for a few more moments before finally speaking. "Hey kid, not so loud. I was enjoying a good forty winks. Well then what do you want, kid?" Edward frowned with a sigh, as the man slowly moved to bring himself to his feet, taking a moment to stretch. "I was trying to tell you, fool, that I had come here to train and learn the techniques of my clan. But of course you are just sitting here, napping the day away, old man." The man would reset the chair before turning to the boy. He could see in this boy strong traits of the clan, the silver in the hair and eyes. He was definitely one of them, without even showing the clan's seal, which Edward did, regardless. The man scratched his head for a moment before turning towards the door and telling him, "Follow me. We'll use the spiritual balance room. It will ease the process for newcomers." The man lead Edward to a large, cylindrical room, the walls silver in color, as was the floor and the cieling. It was as if they were inside a great metal can. Edward smirked in thought of how he could take advantage of this room. The man, after, adjusting his clothes for a moment, began to explain. "Now, the first step of our clan's techniques, is to be able to turn any metal at our disposal into liquid. From this, we can control the liquid and solidify it again as well. This can be done with any metal we desire." Edward nodded, frowning. He chastised the man "I already know what my clan can do. What I want is to learn how to do so. I need to know the way to use it, not just what it is." The man scratched his head, responding with a sigh. "Fair enough. very well then." The man released his metal style chakra and in an instant, the floor below them liquified. "This is the Liquid Seperation Technique. With it, one can turn any solid metal into liquid metal. To do it, one simply forms their metal chakra and releases it into any metal substance. Now then, give it a try, with this." The floor would solidify again, as the trainer would toss young Edward a Kunai to use. "Now, let's see you liquify that." The man expected it to at least a take a few minutes for Edward to get the hang of it. However, he would find it took mere seconds, with Edward forming a seal while still holding the kunai. With a burst of chakra. the kunai would melt in his hand. The liquid metal wasn't hot...it was a strange sensation, though. It was an artificially induced phase, done by partially erasing the metal bonds, allowing the atoms in the metal to slide past one another with ease as their flowed through their own sea of electrons. Edward Chitan, True Metal
Edward smirked up at his teacher, knowing he had impressed him with the quick grasp of the technique. For him, it was simple. The again, that technique, he had been most aware off. He told the man then, almost ordering or demanding, "Alright now, show me how to control it." The man shook his head, though. This was much to Edward's displeasure. that was the ultimate technique he wished to gain and master. The man shook his head to Edward, looking to him with a more stern face now. "First, you need to learn a more basic, and equally important ability. You won't always have an ample supply of metal. You need to learn how to produce your own liquid metal from your body and chakra." With that, the man formed a seal, as seeping from every pore of his exposed skin, liquid metal would flow out. Edward looked on, curiously. "You need to have a significant supply of metal for your control of metal to be useful. Now, I want you to try it as well. Form the metal chakra like before, but imagine it as a fluid, flowing to the surface of your form, turn it into liquid metal directly, and release it." The liquid metal on the man's form would drip and flow off of him, solidifying on the floor moments later. Edward would slowly nod. "Alright then, I'll master this technique as well, and I'll show you I am ready for the more important jutsu." He would form a small series of hand seals, concentrating as he transformed his chakra and directed it towards his skin. Out from under his robes, liquid metal form form from his skin. It would quickly flow and drip down to the floor as well, in small amounts at first. He renewed his focus and concentration, and streams of it would now flow from his sleeves. He would raise his arm, giving a thumbs up, even as the liquid metal dripped from his robes.(2x) 9602 cp Spendable cp: 374 Words: 333 reserved cp:59 Metallic Liquid Clones-1000/1000 Metallic Armor Summon-374/1300 One-Ton Sword Skill-0/1000 Shuriken / Kunai Transformation-0/700 Transparent Steel Skill-0/700 Shuriken Transportation-0/800

Joker escorted them in further into the big top. Past the animal trainers. Past the other clowns. He put his finger on his chin and he sighed slowly. He was listening to their bottom line. It was about time. He had people to save.. and then others to kill. He brought them back into his own large office. Which was rather bland compared to Joker's own get up. He sat down behind his desk.
" So you want to be partners andn ot drag me to hell. How fortunate for the devils that live in hell. I really would like to do some major surgery on you.. not just you but your whole race of people. cut them open..see what I can take from you guys.. to see how long you would live... how long it would take you to die.. see if I can bring you back to life..."
He only whipped the corners of his mouth. Just thinking about cutting them open made him drool a bit. He gave a short sadistic smile. He then closed his eyes for a moment. He remembered he had to be in the hospital in a few hours. However she said that made him wince a bit. being that he was barely an adult himself.
"Children.."
He was just a bit older then some of the kids. However, he proved himself over and over again. He brushed his hands slowly against his green hair and shook it a bit slowly. He only tapped his head and thought about it. Could he dare betray the trust of his people. He didn't care.
"Sure take them from Leaf and Mist. We will take your deal but the children from the Federation shall not be taken in your grasp."
He watched her transform. It was cute.
"You know your transformation is interesting. I do enjoy people that have another form or two. it shows that they are something so much more. I want to show you mine.... do you mind.."
Joker yawned, but as he yawned his skin started to peel off and become a virtual white. His jaw started to fall of the hinge and he appeared like an angel. He gagged and cough as more yumi out of bugs started to fall out of his mouth. His fingers started to get a bit longer and he gripped on his desk. He gave a bit of a smile as his once yellow teeth appeared white. His nails started to tap on the desk and he gave a bit of a whistle.
"Look at that.. we can both show our true colors off in this office. I think you will be more comfortable with horseman then a clown...."
He then stood up and he extended his extra long arm. His bright white grin. His eerie complication. His voice that went down from annoying crackle to an ominous bass.
"If you can agree to my terms.. I think we have a deal.."
Edward waited now as he let the liquid metal flow off of him. Now his teacher would have to finally move on to the good stuff. He had kept Edward waiting long enough, and he had no wish to wait any longer. He wanted to know how to control liquid metal, not just make it. "Alright, enough games. I want to learn the true skill of my clan. I want to master the power of my clan. Now just show me how to use the bloody jutsu." He pouted lightly as he waited for the instructor to finally give up the secret. The man would sigh, shaking his head. "Very well. Its actually quite simple. One merely directs the metal chakra into the liquid to control it and direct it combined with magnetic chakra. You just imagine the chakra and liquid as a part of your body, and you just move it with your will and mind." 9759 cp Spendable cp: 531 Words: 157 reserved cp:59
Hidden Federation- Clown Teufel kept a slightly bored, almost indolent look on her face as the Joker led her deeper into the labyrinthine maze that was built into the enormous tent. Hallways composed of the same fabric as the big top, or stacked bales of hay, or even other pieces of equipment for the numerous shows that were likely held daily. But all the while she was acutely aware of her surroundings, keeping herself prepared in case an ambush lay in wait. The Joker hadn't gotten where he was by missing opportunities, she couldn't assume she'd have warning if he decided an attack was in order.
Normally, she might have attracted attention; she hadn't returned to her other form yet. But here? Amidst the chaos and confusion that filled every nook and cranny of the circus, she almost looked just like any other performer. It was refreshing, in a sense, in that it reminded her a little of home. Just with less restrictions. Courtly intrigue and political machinations being what they were, choosing to be transformed or not could be just as damning as anything she would actually say. So she enjoyed the respite all the way to the Joker's office. It was surprisingly ordinary; she had expected something more colorful, more macabre. No matter, the surroundings didn't affect her plan much at all.
"Hmm. Only the children from Leaf and Mist, none from all of Federation? I suppose we can live with that, though with a smaller number, you would receive less as well. Nonetheless, I see no reason not to agree. We have a deal."
Her words hung in the air a moment, heavy with tension and import. There was no need for a contract or even to shake hands. Their word was enough to bind them both to the agreement, and woe to either of them who would try to break the terms. She nodded a slight show of satisfaction even as she took in the full impact of the Joker's transformed state. She wouldn't let it show, but his new form made her slightly uneasy. After all, the various Horsemen were predominantly drawn from religious texts, and religion and Demons never did have a very... peaceful relationship. She felt an urge to attack, to desecrate, to Unhallow. But she stopped herself; she had come for something more important than sowing chaos.
"An impressive transformation indeed, I would imagine that a certain level of power comes with it, rather than just a change in look? I'm sure you've managed all manner of suitably impressive exploits, I look forward to find out more about them. For the moment, however, I would like to bring up a second point of business."
There was more business to attend to? She had made no mention of it before now. Was that because it was a particularly delicate issue, one she had only wanted to bring up once the Joker had agreed to the first point of business? That was a possibility, especially if it held potential secrets into her homeland's defenses or other matters of such nature. Or maybe it was something completely different, a beneficial deal that she had held in reserve in case he had proven reluctant on the first point? Whatever the reason, she was mentioning it now.
Nyx had remained silent for much of the discussion, having already been told to leave the negotiations to her leader. Her role was to be left in the reserves, and if all went as planned, she wouldn't even need to act. Even so, she gave away a small show of shock when Teufel mentioned a second point of business. Without actually speaking, she tried to gain Teufel's attention, her expression fairly clearly asking if she was sure about this. Whatever this second point of business was, it would seem that Nyx wasn't sure that it was a good idea to be mentioning it at all.
"It's a trifling matter, really. I would like to begin the construction of an Embassy, here in Federation. It would serve as a natural base of operations for all of our exchanges, as well as provide an avenue toward any joint operations we may undertake. As you will be supplying us much-needed resources, it would only be natural for us to be on hand should you need the assistance in fighting off some form of external threat. You would be more than welcome to construct a similar Embassy in our lands if you like. A traveling circus, perhaps."
She smiled then, a smile that seemed positively magnanimous. The request to construct an Embassy seemed logical enough, now that they had begun to form what could be called an alliance. That hardly seemed something that she would have had to hesitate to bring up, unless there was more to it than met the eye. That could be a possibility, if not a terribly likely one. Embassies were natural locations to be placed under surveillance, if she had nefarious intentions, any efforts would likely be spotted before they had even gotten off the ground. No, even if this offer was hiding its thorns, they seemed fairly small and harmless. [859 + 2748 = 3607 out of ??? ]
Seeing as the man had explained the technique, and that the boy was rather impatient, the teacher saw no point in delaying. "As I said, gather and prepare your chakras." While telling him this, he would form a hand seal, and rapidly form and release a large amount of metal chakra, while forming magnetic chakra as well. He directed the flow of the chakra through the liquid metal that Edward had formed. In a matter of moments, the liquid metal would rise up and become a large sphere between the two. Edward looked on now with awe and excitement. This technique had been what he was waiting for. This was exactly what he wanted to know. Already, he was ready to begin. Th man would shape the metal into a statue before Edward now. "With this technique, you can make it take any form. Not only that, you can solidify the metal again at will. While solid, I admit, its not as maliable for most, but it is stronger in structure. Solidify is best for after one has shaped it into weapons and permanent defenses or structures. Once we finish this basic form of the technique, I will show you one particular use of solidification." With that, the man shaped the technique into a statue of himself, before making it solidify again. He had a nice little statue of himself now, set in the middle of the room between them. He seemed pretty proud of it, as he smiled and chuckled at the "art" he had made. Edward had heard enough, and was ready to begin. "Alright then, if you are done, sense-talks-a-lot, its my turn to try, and I am going to make something way better then a crummy statue." With that arrogant tone Edward would stick out his tongue before beginning, leaving the man to sigh at his would-be student's rudeness and insubordination. Gathering up his chakra, the boy began. He formed several hand seals, intent to make sure his chakra had been well molded to use this. It was his first time, and he knew he had to be prepared. He wasn't quite that arrogant. He first concentrated on the statue and the metal all over the floors and walls. The metals that made all this would would be targeted as he released his chaka into them and turned them all into liquid metal. This was a rather large amount, of course, especially for a beginner. Despite the rather bad first impression the boy gives off, and the selfish personality, the boy had undeniable talent. Not just in jutsu, but physically as well. Given the rather large blade on his back, he was clearly quite strong. Aside from all of this, he was learning very quickly. The simple way of putting it was that he had talent, and quite a bit of it. Regardless, the metal around them had become liquid metal again. It flowed around them, collecting on the ground as Edward formed seals again, beginning his use of the metal control technique. His chakra and a strong electromagnetic field would flow over and through the liquid metal, making it rise up from the pool at their feet. It would flowed towards the middle of the room, continuing to rise up as a single mass. It flowed up above their heads in the form of a wide pillar. The two were forced to step back with this development. "This... is... almost... too easy." He said through, and despite, heavy breathe. With his boast, he began shaping the pillar, expanding and contracting parts of it, almost as if he was carving it into shape. It began to take the form of a familiar face. It was him, to be specific. his form would come out of the undetailed metal and a metallic arm would extend out from it, the hand turned downwards, holding a large hilt. The hilt would lead to the Imperial Broadsword. It's blade would flow down into a platform of the metal below. Upon The metal Edward's form, Were a set of battle robes, almost resembling a cloak with clouds. And upon the face, was a large, confident smile. The liquid metal was held in this detailed shape. With it like this, he solidified it, the statue shifting from the liquid phase into the solid phase. He would step around the statue, smirking as he looked to it. He turned his gaze to his sensei. "So how is that for a jutsu, buster?" The mentor shook his head to Edward. "Now, now, don't get too overconfident." You've learned how to produce liquid metal, how to shape and control it, and even how to resolidify it. Now, you need to learn how to use it." 10549 cp Spendable cp: 21 Words: 790 reserved cp:59
Joker listened to the girls chat. He only watched ash e was interested, but sacrificing his own children wouldn't be good for him. After all who would grow up and protect their own village. while was a murderous psychopath. He wasn't a stupid murderous psychopath. He felt her grow uneasy. He didn't like that feeling unless he was fighting with the person. He looked at her in the eyes. She brought up more business. An embassy.
"You want to become affiliates.. a partner in so many words. you want to put a McDevils inside of my FEDERATION."
He slammed his hand so hard on the desk that it exploded into a million pieces. His voice went up five octaves. His voice seemed angelic and demonic at the same time. As fire grew in his eyes as he cracked his knuckles. His face grew soft as he looked at her and shrugged his shoulders.
"Yes that sounds perfect. As long as with a Hidden Clown in Every village you also take a Double Helix. Call it a Two For one. I need a place of operation a home away from home away from home. Its were I practice medicine.. or other fun things. So if you agree to this I am pretty sure..."
He heard a knock on the door. An anbu came in urgently.
"Mister Joker.. we have word that our Village Mist is under attack."
Joker sighed at this. He powered down to his regular clown state.
"Must be the three stooges. Fine Fine fine. God damn it.. I am on the way."
Joker looked at his desk.
"Get me a new desk. Girls we have a deal if you agree to my terms... and Anbu please send a letter out to all Ninjas that are part of Federation.. Address it as, We are at war with some rebels. We need to put them down. Please meet us at Hidden Mist. Prepare to kill them all."
Joker said with a sigh. He was off to see the wizard.
Having been forced out of Hidden Moon due to a battle taking place there, Render had no choice but to migrate to another village as her master hadn’t instructed her to intervene. She sits staring across the spans at a small cabin in the forest from her place on a tee stump. A man is hacking up wood while a small woman is hanging clothes on a line that the male had moved inside of the house. She smiles happily at the clothing drying as Render watches her. If only Render had something to smile about. She had been in the most recent exams and while she was making progress in them, was pulled as a result of the events in Hidden Moon and an anonymous request. She could only take that to mean her master wanted her pulled. But why? She felt she’d failed him in some way. The girl with cotton pink hair and bright blue eyes stands from the stoop only to find the man hacking wood watching her. He gestures with his axe for her to sit and she does so. He then returns to hacking wood. Render wanted to help or at least explore the region, but the man wouldn’t let her move from the stoop. Even after she came to their residence in a blizzard, he made her sit on that stoop and didn’t allow her to move away from it.
It had been a week and while she was given food, water, and warm things to throw over herself she was still not allowed to move away from the stoop. "Sir," she starts only for the man to grunt. His bushy red browns tug together and he wets his visible bottom lip with his tongue. He gives a grunt and then raises his axe. It comes down heavily on the log and easily splits it in two. This goes on for about an hour before the woman inside gives a yelp. The man drops his axe and runs inside as Render cranes her neck to see what is happening through the window of their cottage. The woman with hair a dark gray shakily hands a sealed letter to the man who frowns. He moves away from the window as Render sits proper on the stoop. He then steps out of the back door to the area where Render is and where he had been chopping wood and takes the envelop to Render. The Orimara eyes it a moment before Gesshoku in the form of a short sword at her back transformed into its base katana form. At this she decides to take the letter from the man and open it. He watches her scratching at his patches of red hair tucked beneath his cap.
"My student,
You have done well to stay upon the stoop, but you have to work more on self control. You may leave the stump and travel to the location that Gesshoku points its end to when you lean forward. It is there that you will start your mission. Do well to practice self control. Destroy this letter and the couple will be dealt with."
So this was a test by her master all along? Were the couple in on it? Render looks at the woman inside and deems them to have been in on it whether they wanted to be or not. Render leans forward, channeling chakra into Gesshoku until it lights up and sends out a beam of light from its form, and then stands up. She flickers until facing the opposite direction and the direction that Gesshoku had been pointing. The man doesn't do anything and nor does Render though she wanted to thank him and the woman. She just begins walking around the stump and down the path that she had been directed. After getting far enough away she can hear someone chant, "Invocation: Art of Custom-Selective Eradication," twice before declaring that she is finished and will be leaving. That must be the girl that often wiped the minds of those that Render came in contact with. The Orimara just continues forward in shame. She had disappointed her master. She had not succeeded in the exams and she had not succeeded in her task of remaining on the stump. She hadn't had so many blunders since she first became his student. But she would not fail him again.

Day 36xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Render would find herself in another region of Hidden Federation the following day, more towards the village called Flame. She would step carefully, swinging Gesshoku carefully to see where it intended her to journey. As she moves along she can sense something wrong in the world. There was an evil at work and it was only proceeding to get more prevalent with the passing moments. Suddenly she releases Gesshoku and collapses to the ground just out side of the village gates. People do not assist her as many of them did not care while other's saw her short weapon and thought it to be a trap. They only hoped that someone would come and tend to this young woman.
