"I know how you feel Baylor..." She sighed, then the fight came to and end, and Altair, collapsed. Aiyuko jumped up and ranover to him, and hugged him tightly. "...you did wonderful Altair..." She whispered.

ALtair murmmured something in his sleep, he rolled over slightly causing the small box on a cord to fall out, attached to it was a small note it read :
To Aiyuko
You've given me so much I just wanted to give you something back.
Love Altair
Inside the box was a small compass, it was rather plain, inscribed on the inside of the lid in gold were the words:
Let this always guide you to yor hearts desire

Vincent got up and walked ove to Altair, pulling out a vial, he then Handed it to Aiyuko. "This will quickly heal his wounds...Good job, Altair..."

Teardrop had fallen asleep, i guess. She was sitting under a tree a short distance off, exhausted.

((everyones in the same place, Altair's asleep caus ehe just fought Shina, Aiyuko is just kinda sitting near him, vincent is helping and baylor...is kinda just sitting in the tree)) ((I think it's time to play a little catch up with darkus))
Dakus appeared infront of a large old house, he was in his reaper form, he knocked on the door and waited, a lady that looked about 29 anwsered the door "oh...hello darkus" the lady said giving a seductive smile. "hello Angie..i want to talk to you and your sisters" darkus said, changing out of his cloaked form. She turned her head around and shouted into the house " Marie...Emily...Darkus is here" And she walked into anoter room, darkus walked in and closed the door behind himself, he walked into the room that Angie entered sitting on the couch was a older lady of about 45 and a young girl of about 11, "hello emily...marie" darkus said nodding to the older lady then the young girl. Angie sat in a large lounging chair "so what you want to talk to us about Darkus?" Angie asked. "it's concerning the fate of Altair jericho Lanka", "I'll go get his string" She said, she walked into another room and came back with two small wooden boxes, one with a white palm print to represent a human life string and the second a flame symbolizing a dragon, he set them down and opened them both and extracted two string, one of gold from the human box and the second from the dragon box was made of ruby, as soon as they were clear of the boxes they shot at each other, a bright light flased, and one string floated in mid air, it was gold with veins of ruby glittering in it. "your telling me that...", all three simply nodded in unision "there fate is tyed togeather...one of them will die either shortally before or after the other" Emily said. "thank you for your time ladies...I know it can get rather busy so I'll let you return to your work" Darkus said he left the house and disappeared on the front porch.

Before Aiyuko even thought about what fell out of his pocket she thanked vincent and -does she make him drnik it or put it on his wounds? w/e she does it- and smiled at him as he slept, placing his head in her lap again, once again, softer than the ground. She brushed his hair back endearingly and smiled down at hi, her eyes warm and softShe decieded he'd not want his thigns all over the place and wentto put it back in his pocket, then looked closer at it. She gasped some, but kept it quiet, then smiledand closed it again putting back in his pocket for him, if not for the saintity of the male ego.

Altair slowly opened his eyes and noticed Aiyuko's hand leaving his pocket, "...what are you doing?..." he asked looking up at her. why would she...oh no...please god don't tell me she saw the...oh god... a small barely noticeable blush came to Altair's cheeks.

She smiled reassuringly,"What? Somthing fell out of your pocket so I put it back in..." She said smiling gently. "Was it somthing inportant?" She asked, sounding completly nieve.

"No...not really" Altair said, god...if you have any amount of love for me...please don't let her have read the note, please, please, please don't let her have read the note Altair thought basically praying that she hadn't seen the note. he stayed laying down, his head in her lap.

Vincent Looked at Aiyuko and smiled. "Your friend seems to get into alot of trouble. that has about seven doses in it. You can use it as a topical application or a drink. It tastes horrbile, but it works pretty fast." He turned and aimed his rifle into the darkness of the forest. "Did you hear that?" He asked, referring to the beeping noise coming from a large shrub.

Altair sat up and grabbed the vial, he opened it and took a small sip of it, the moment it touched his tounge he felt like vomitting, but he held it back, though he couldn't stop the look of disguste on his face, he swallowed the liquid he gagged abit "remind me not to try and get injured again...god that stuff is awful...and I don't try to find trouble...it just finds me...a cursed gift I guess you could call it" Altair said standing up, he put his hand on his sword and listened to the beeping noise sounds like...a bomb?...but how could a bomb get in the middle of the forest without someone coming in and planting it Altair asked himself.
