Dream squeeked and ducked. He then glowered at River and frowned
"it'd be easier had she done it to me" hemuttered and lay his head aginst Kaden once more. Half tempted to pick up the cup and chuck it right back at her..

Rivers eyes flashed red and her teeth grew a bit as she snarled at Dream. Upon being provoked, then again acting on that instink wasn't a good Idea so she slowly calmed down, fiddling with a napkin.
"River!" Kaden said again looking at her with an iddled glare, knowing well River will take Dreams mistakes out on him.
"Dream stop it please, She won't harm you because you are not concider her family. I on the other hand, I am. Please don't.." Kadens hand reached up and stroked the white hair on dreams head in a soothing manner.

Miles blinked he never saw Dream act like that before. He then began going up the stairs.
"Well you sure have changed. what's going on now that I've completly missed?" He asked.

Dream blinked and then nuzzled against Kaden's hand lightly
"It's not fair" he muttered quietly
"A slave is supposed to take his owners punishments.. not cause them" he said as he relaxed aginst kadenlooking a bit sad. He spotted MIles and waved slightly ((Edit))
This is Kaden.. My owner" he said to miles.
"His good half is out right now.. or i'd be hiding": he added

"Hello...May I get you anything.." River paused listening to them talk not wanting to interupt much at all. Just watch.
Smiling kaden set a hand up and waved softly." Hello, It's nice to meet you." He said to Miles and looked back a dream with a soft expression," Hey now, It's not good to tell me things like that, I might go looking for you." He joked and sighed softly, ears flexing a bit.
"...A slave...Hm. I don't think of you as one, but I suppose that's right, you won't take any of my punishments. Alright?"

"I said only if you were the bad half" he said pouting up at kaden. Then ducked his head a bit
"I know.. i know.. but. it's not fair. I've beent trained to take punishemnt's like that.. not you" he said quitly and sulked more looking for allthe world like a child denied a cookie or a toy.

"Stop pouting! thats a horrible face." Kaden laughed and leaned back on his hands a bit, his tail swishing across the floor as he watched the fire more, listening to anything that went on around him.
" As for Punishment, I say you let it be, I can take more then you think I can, just loseing my right eye was very painful." He shruged without worry and smiled more. " I'll live."

"Meany" dream said in a childish tone but nodded accpting the order obidently. Then grinning.. he began to tickle Kaden giggling a bit since the other boy was not paying attention.

"Ah!" Kadens body wrenched to the left as his ears flexed quickly flattening."Stop that.." He said between laughing softly and trying to scrunch away from him." What is the meaning of this? And I though Only I made sneek attacks." He laughed more and reached out a hand pokeing into dreams sides.

Dream giggled a bit
"You were unaware!!" he said then squeeked and squirms from the poke.. tickling Kaden more
"Tickles!" he said happly grinning brightly

Miles blinked a bit and smiled knowing Dream was very hapy, and waved showing he was leaving, and got a bowl of stew.

"Gah!" Kaden under pressure and laughing toppled over on the floor and slid a bit before tickling dream in return." I'm going to get you back for thiss!" He said and laughed a bit harder, ears flexing a bit more.
River watched their odd behavior and raised a brow in question as she leaned agaist her hand.

Dream was grinning happly, his usually blank eyes were sparkling joyfully. he definaly was happy.
He lenaed over kaden tickling him more. then squeeked and f3ell to the side to avoid the fingers tickling his sensative sides
"Nya you can't get me!!" he said laughing

River blinked at Miles contempt and raised a brow curious." Where are you going? Why don't you enjoy the time with them?" She asked him obviously nosy.
Kaden growled in a plaful manner and reached for dreams sides, grabbing them and pulling the smaller male to him hugging him as his tail swayed." No, But I did manage to catch you!" He said and bit his arm in a playful manner again, ears listening to River talk.
