"What!? You saw her tits?!" "No, she was wearing a bra." "What the f-.., Then Why'd you say topless!?" "Well, because she wasn't wearing a shirt." "Does that mean women wearing bikini's at the beach are all topless to you?" "Well, no, but..." And so on.

Personaly. I don't get western cultures issue with boobs.
men can walk around topless, but if a girl does it she gets weird looks
