you should make a guy in oto, and we could chill, and be best friends. Raine is my favi, he's such I hot head. I swear he has a mind of his own. If you want he is still in the academy, and I have another chunin character that could teach us all the jutsu we need to know.

 Screw konoha dude, you could rp with me endlessly, and you wouldn't have to wait cause I"m on everyday! biggrin plus I'm lonely, sept for El but he doesn't post shif, he just talks in the chatter. And the rank thing, you mean like the flute girl? you don't have to be any rank you just learn the jutsu.

Iwa's currently celebrating their Winter Festival, with games and holiday activities. So there are lots of rps going on.
The Academy there's flourishing, currently is just one student short of a complete squad. The curriculum is also more reasonable for completion...well...Gig's a brute, but he's a great teacher. xDD
