I have my reasons for those words. I typed my paragraph a bit in the wrong order. Technically, the power negater appeared first. It disposed of the water when it touched it. And now it is emitting its aura to weaken you.
Oh yeah. I figured out how to handle these things better. Ill edit it in later. The negaters can either emit a weakening aura, or focus on one person to cut off their powers. And he can only have a few of these at a time and their weakening abilities don't stack. Though even at full power negating, the admins would still have some power >.>
