I chose Tirtouga to be the water type I fought, it's an unevolved form, so I think it should be okay. I don't recall any rules regarding 'fossil' pokemon

Well, no fossil Pokemon can be found in the wild anywhere in the games. So I assume that applies to the RP. Weird, you think we'd have a rule on that.

Just because I don't remember reading about a rule, doesn't mean a thing, lol. I suffer from brain damage and as a result I have a rotten memory.. In the anime, though, they are rare, not extinct, so I didn't know for a fact that we were going like the show or the games. Anyway, that's why I asked. So I should go ahead and edit my post and pick another pokemon, right?
