It might just be me; however, when I check the weather network, it is ALWAYS raining somwhere in Quebec ^^
The weather here is slightly better offering a sunny, yet windy, day

Condensation from the extensive evaporation of the polar ice caps results in rainy weather for Quebec.

3nodding It must be the reason. It was supposed to be still snowing in febuary at least here but it was raining on Christmas eve.

My exams went well. I recieved what I deserved. I might actually change my major. I have some thinking to do before september.
