I'm supposed to be going to sleep, but I really, REALLY don't want to. Besides...I think that, were Kiyoshi and Ronmaru (the character I'm making) similarly ranked, Kiyoshi would have a helluva time trying to beat him. The man's no pushover, by any means. Well, NUR just initiated a complete WORLD WAR. I'm a Chuunin, and this is the first war I've ever been in. I'm actually kinda freaked out. Of course, my character is probably one of the cheapest in the guild right now--able to use a 6S rank equivalent fire technique because of being the Fire Sage, Having the Two-winged angel, and using a katana that boosts flame power and speed. I'm also battling Wing's old RPC, Jake Libra, in the Shinobi Fighting Arena, so I'll gauge my battle skill depending on what happens there.

If you're planning to make cheap, overpowered characters here, please don't. We WILL see it, and we WILL make you change your character if we find that you are overpowered.

All my character's gonna have is Lightning jutsu, a chain, and his good ol' body. I mean sure, his fighting in Taijutsu might be on par with the Raikage's in the Manga, but my lack of Genjutsu and only one element of ninjutsu should make up for that, no?

That's overpowered. -.- The only time your taijutsu skills should ever be on par with the raikage is if you are the raikage.

My sage class and my two wing angel, your welcome lol...nether available here sadly XD. Also Kiyoshi here is probley stronger then the NUR one could ever hope to be. I left before I got to explore the powers of Weapon Styles. Plus since im not a captain I have lots of time for my customs twisted

Switch Deidalus to Ninjutsu Specialist Profession and then you'd have an issue with the insanity I could cause. Edit: Actually, Akimichi Chouki was developed as pure hax. Seriously, What would you do when faced by a 35 foot tall Akimichi with 5 of the eight gates open? Run!

See, if I didn't know what I was going for with my characters, I wouldn't be nearly as OP.

XD But yeah...unlike the Raikage, I plan on having chains around my arms to block swords with. I don't really plan on having weapon styles. My body is my weapon. XD

Just chains? Why not not a vambrace? I mean the holes in the chains is an excellent opening for senbon. Plus blocking a sufficiently powerful Katon Ninjutsu would hurt like hell.
