Rei kept his eyes locked on Lacuna's a moment before shaking his head, pushing the muffin towards the girl. Maybe I'm not. Who's to say? Nobody really knows what they're interested in until the opportunity knocks, then they either go for it or ignore it...

Lacuna bowed her head in thought, "What are you thinking?", she mumbled in a whisper to herself. "Things are never as they seem Laci-girl..", she subconsciously repeated in my her mind, as she closed her eyes and placed a hand upon her cheek.

I take it you more than know what I mean, then...Rei said softly, shifting to look to his empty cups before glancing over his shoulder, semi-tempted to get another blended drink.

Lacuna opened her eyes and sighed making eye contact with Rei yet again., "So do you find yourself being a person that goes for it or ignores it?", she asked.

Rei shrugged a shoulder after a long moment. He'd never thought of that before, and kept his eyes to Lacuna's as he responded. I suppose...if the opportunity presents itself in a manner I find pleasing, I go for it.

Lacuna nodded, putting out her cigarette with a long sigh. "Rei..", she began before shaking her head "no" in response to her thoughts and turning her gaze to her palms. "Nevermind...", she murmured in thought for a moment.

Holding the door open for his lady, 'Laus scanned the building for a spot for them to sit and grabbed a few of the menus sitting near the door.

She padded in after him, chattering awayand telling him, in more detail, about how she'd ended up meeting JEika,
"I'm a little worried now, I've drunk from him. Wo't it cause a bond? It'd be horrible for that creature to have a hold on me now."
She didn't show it, but the idea of him having some control over her intrigued her more than she'd say.

"This Jeika fellow sounds... interesting." Finding the spot he'd picked out, he allowed Bianca to sit in the booth first before sitting across from her. "Be careful, though, I suppose. It sounds like he isn't one to be played with lightly." Squeezing her hand, he knew Bianca could take care of herself. "Now, to choose something to eat and drink and maybe then I can tell you all about Davina."

She flipped through the menu before requesting iced chai with a crouisant and cinamon butter.
"I am most dfinitly NOT paying wit fire anymore. He could have hurt my brother. I'll kill before I let that happen agian."

Oddly to him, 'Laus was glad to hear that and it showed on his face. "Why Bianca, you're as protective of those you love as a dragon is." Smiling, he ordered himself a Latte and a poppy seed muffin.

She looked up, surprised, and blushed, softly, beaming,
"HE's my big brother. He and Bastian, they took care of me when I was little, even though Bastian was just as little as I was. I owe them the same thing, now, when I'm as strong as they are. As Bastian at least. No one is as strong as Lucius."
HEr face glowed, brightly, the typical doting baby sister, bragging on her brother.

Smiling with her, Nikolaus nodded, "They're very lucky to have such a beautiful and loving sister." Picking at his newly arrived muffin, he looked up from it to wink at Bianca. "As well they better know it."

She beamed, sipping at her chai and tearing off a hunk of her croisant, changing the subject smoothly as she blushed,
"So, what about this woman you seem so upset about, now?"
