Uriel Arnauld quest cape is the easiest?.. all those long hours of journeying... sweatdrop A few hours doing all the quests is NOTHING compared to spending months trying to get a 99 skill, making it the easiest/commonest like Magyk said. sweatdrop

Bombi 13azeroth37 dang i should have took this pick of a lvl 3 skiller with fletching cape a santa and a red mask I think you're missing the point, that's a SKILLER, if it has fletching 99 it isn't anything big, but if a level70ish has a quest cape [counting quests give combat exp] then you know Quest Cape's the easiest. And you can't wear both Holiday Items at the same time. stare i know he switched on and off and im prty new to rs so i dont know what sum stuff is yet and how hard it is to git to lvl 99 in sum skills (prty much sayin im a noob biggrin )

lv 1-92 is 6.5mil exp. lv 92-99 is other 6.5mil. eek holy cow right?

Well I would have went to 99 with my defense but you know members running out and defense was inconveniently stopped at the half way mark. rofl
