"Nothing is wrong honey." Killian said quickly. He smiled at Alyvia, and rubbed her back.
"Why don't you go to my house and feed Tino for me? I am sure he ate all his food by now, and he is a growing pup. He needs lots of food."
He waited till Diana had left with Alyvia before he went into the house. He looked around, careful not to touch anything. Threatening messages had been spray painted on the walls, plenty of her possessions broken. Even their bedrooms were trashed. He could not help the anger that bubbled up in him. He wanted to track the man responsible for this and break his damn arms.
He of course could not react. Not just yet anyway. He called the Police and had them come out and take pictures. He filed a report claiming his ex had asked him to stop by the house and pick up some clothing for their daughter. The Police really didn't care why he was there though.
Once they finally left he called Cole for a ride. He had to get back to his bike after all. The ride to his bike was over quickly, he and Cole went their seperate ways once more. Killian went straight to his house. He let himself in, and was happy to find his two favorite girls safe and sound in his house. Making themselves right at home.
"Daddy's home!" He called out, trying to show Alyvia that all was well.

Dereck Michael Thompson 
Dereck shifted in place and ran his hands over his head before moving back to sit on his bed. Dereck had no idea that Grace was getting harassed, then again, he had not been really in contact with his sister after he'd been proven right about Orion. "Yeah, but looks like we're gonna get a deal. Not sure of the specifics, but less than a year for sure." Archie had some favors, and even though he couldn't get them off of their charges, he could get their jail time lessened. He would still miss the birth of his children, but it was better than being locked up for a year or more. "What about you? Is there someone watching Grace then? Making sure this pig ain't gonna go after her?" Now Dereck was thinking about maybe sending Kevin to go and check on his sister, someone he trusted.

Maralyn placed a polite amount of food on her plate before she started to dig in. Before she took another bite of the yummy sweet potatoe casserole, She heard a female voice talking in her direction. Her blue eyes looked up to find the woman she knew as Moira. Lowering her fork, Lyn replied,
"Oh no Moira. Thank-you for inviting me. I'm glad I could make this delicious fare." Which was certainly the truth. She was happy she was able to join them for this wonderful meal. And she was glad enough time seemed to have passed, or they respected Lincoln enough, that none of the members seemed bothered by her there. Not outwardly at least. And there was a large amount of people there."Do you always cook for so many?"

I won't be beaten down" ~Orion Michael De La Cruz~ "Less than a year is good for our lot." Orion knew given anyone of their records, and the stuff they got into. Any time their stay was less than a year was great for them. "Jasper, Jesse and Killian will keep an eye on Grace. All three of them can be trusted." He answered easily. Orion would trust any of those men with his own life, so to him that meant a lot. He climbed up onto his bunk. "The pig hurt Grace, and I may be sitting in here. Doesn't mean he isn't going to pay. he thinks he won..." Orion did not say what he was planning, but if he had his way the man would be dead before midnight. "I am actually more concerned about her being left alone with Thomas. I don't want her to end up burned out or overwhelmed because she is the only caretaker he has currently." He hated knowing he was disappointing his wife, and being a poor husband and father. He knew his work schedule meant he couldn't help out as much as he should with Thomas, but he also knew when he had the time he stepped up. ~Ryder~ I have the answer

The man listened as Jesse related the information as to why he was there. He nodded in understanding of the meeting tonight that he would not be apart of since he would be with Grace. As much as he would miss knowing what his brothers were deciding and discussing, Jasp agreed that he was better served spending his time making sure the Prez's old Lady was safe. When Jesse moved to the bathroom and Grace handed him the papers to look at, he told her as his eyes skimmed the paper, "Don't worry about Killian and his family Grace. You are family as well. The man knows that. He will be here with you and Thomas when needed. Don't fight it." With a frown at her concerns he handed the papers back to her. Did he go against his president and tell his wife to go against his wishes or... "Do you have friends at the hospital that could or would place what you need on the results? WHo cares what Mendez knows. This baby isn't his whether his blood is in it or not. It's just not going to be Grace. The paternity test if you chose to take it, will be for you. No one else needs to know the truth of it. So stick to Orion's plan, at least for now. When I hear more of it, I'll let you know." Which was true. He didn't know much of what Orion was planning. Perhaps that would be discussed at the meeting tonight.

Moira laughed and looked around the table at the others before her sparkling eyes returned to Maralyn.
"Yes, some days MORE. I actually like having big family dinners like this. It is quite nice having everyone gathered liked this regularly. Not just for some arbitrary holiday." In Moira's opinion it was what kept them all so close and connected. They knew what was going on with one another because they saw each other, and talked regularly. It was easy to talk when you were all eating and having a nice time together.
Lincoln was telling another one of his funny but sort of inappropriate stories at the table. The people he was talking to laughed, clearly they enjoyed his story. He looked up when first a hand came to rest on his shoulder, and then smiled up at the lady who bent down to kiss his cheek. He turned to Mara quickly.
"Have you met Shandee before?" He asked and motioned to the woman beside him. A huge giant of a man came to tower behind Shandee.
"That is her husband Cole. Hey where are the kiddos tonight?" Lincoln asked looking around for their little ones.
"Night out for us. Her Mother is visiting for a couple of weeks." Cole replied in her deep rumbling voice. Shandee held out her hand, and gave Mara a genuine smile.

then turned to get her back into the car. Before she turned to get herself back in the driver's seat she mouthed the words 'thank-you' again to Killian before pulling out of the driveway at a less hurried pace. She wasn't sure she even wanted to leave the man here alone.
At Killian's Diana got herself and Alyvia out of the car and into the front door of the house. Breathing in deeply, she inhaled the calming scent that was Killian's all around the building. At the sound of whimpers and barking she hurried to the kitchen where Tino's cage was. The pup came out and greeted both of them, looking to the door for Kill. Di shook her head at the thing's silly actions before telling Lyv to take the dog out back while she got his food in his bowl.
By the time Killian came in through the door, the dog had finished his bowl and Alyvia was now in the living room with him playing a game of tug of war, while Di was in the kitchen ordering pizza. When Killian announced himself home, both Alyvia and Tino let go of the rope and launched for the man. "Dad!' At the sound of the voices, Diana finished the order and came to lean against the frame between the living room and kitchen,
watching the two children welcome Killian home with a smile, glad to see him returned safely."I hope pizza's alright for dinner."

Dereck followed Orion with his eyes as he pulled himself up onto his top bunk, and laid back. Of course Orion would have his men with Grace, that was a given. But that didn't mean that Dereck wasn't able to send someone knocking around to see if she was alright. Let her know that he still cared. When Orion mentioned that the pig had hurt Grace, Dereck stiffened and narrowed his eyes. "Hurt her? What do you--" He was cut off when the clanging of metal filled the cell, and when he turned to the barred door there was Mendez, smiling with a black eye and bruised nose.
"Well, look at this little family reunion. Are you guys talking about little old me?"
He looked at the men, and stood a good distance away from the bars. "When your little sister was in prison she took a nice ride on my d**k. Found out she's pregnant, and I know that baby is mine." His eyes shifted to Orion, and he winked. "We will find out soon enough, bub." Dereck shot up from the bed and charged at the door, only to be stopped and held back by Nate. "Aye, mate. He wants this, now. Ya got kiddos to worry about too. Don't do anything. He will get his."

When Jesse returned he looked from Grace to Jasper. He wasn't sure if he should voice his opinion.
"Grace...I am not encouraging you to go against your husband's wishes, because that isn't right. It's not my place to say anything. I am sure Orion had a plan when he told you not to say anything or press charges. Now...I am not so sure what is going to happen. I think whatever he was planning is out the window with him locked up." Jesse grew silent as he thought.
"Some states won't recognize any man other than a woman's husband as the Father of a child born while married. Maybe you should look into that. If he pushes the matter further, or threatens you then you press charges. Ruin his miserable ******** life since he is trying to destroy yours. I am a p***k though, so you may not want to heed my advice." He gave a shrug. Jesse knew he could be an evil b*****d when he wanted too.
"If you are done with those papers....I will see to it Cadence gets them back. She will have them filed soon as she can. She will no doubt be in touch with you. Just give her a couple of days." Jesse held out his hands for the papers.
"Jasper, Grace I will be back tomorrow for my shift. If you guys need anything don't hesitate to call someone. We are all willing to help whatever way we can. Just say the word." He glanced at his watch. He wondered what Ethan was doing. Was he back at the hospital, or was he hunting for Black? Perhaps he was looking for Killain. He did know Killian better then he knew any of the others. The pair went back several years after all.

Grace still felt bad about making Killian come and stay here with her and Thomas when he could be with his own daughter. She knew what it was like to be a parent, and certainly didn't want to keep the man from being one. If Jasper told her not to worry about it, though, she wouldn't. At least not when he's around. If anything she would just talk to Killian herself about it. "You mean to forge the results? I don't know, Jasp. Probably not." Her eyes moved from the papers back to the tall man standing next to her, and she pressed her lips together. "I'm not only scared about Mendez, I'm scared about Orion. If this baby belongs to Mendez, he isn't going to love it. I'm the mother so of course I'm going to have to keep it and I will love it nonetheless..but it's a product of rape and I just don't know if he can live with that. What if he..." She almost didn't want to say it again, because she hated looking insecure, but in the back of her mind she was afraid that if the baby turned out to belong to Mendez Orion would be disgusted with her, and end up sleeping with someone else. When Jesse spoke Grace nodded and hurried into the kitchen, signing her name where it needed to be signed and finally returned, handing them back to Jesse. "Thanks for bringing these by."

"Got a smart ******** mouth now that their are bars between us p***y." He looked the man up and down. "Surprising you were able to perform at all. From what I hear your normally the receiver. a** all lubed up for your butt buddy Ben." Orion would get word out as soon as possible, and Mendez would suffer and then be killed. He would instruct them to torture the man first. Hell, he would let Grace pick what was done to him if she wanted too. "Not your baby. Everyone knows you are shooting blanks. It's why your wife of four years has never gotten pregnant. At least not by you. Those two little half breeds you call your own are proof your wife had to step out in order to have children." Orion smirked at Mendez. "Heard your wife put you out the house, and your going to be paying child support for those little bastards. Oh, also heard you wife is banging your ex partner. Guess putting up with a little b***h like you made her realize she was better off dating a woman." He was trying to get Mendez to get closer. He would attack him, he didn't give a s**t what happened to him as long at he hurt Mendez some more. ~Ryder~ I have the answer

Mendez looked at Orion, and even though the things he was speaking made Mendez boil on the inside, he just kept a big smile on his face. Like he was entertained by Orion and what he was saying. "I don't give a s**t about my wife, soon to be ex wife. None of that you are saying matters to me. But know this..you're in here and I'm out there. Grace is out there, even little Thomas is out there. You'd do best to watch your mouth because I know Black would love to get his hands dirty...especially if it hurt you." He was trying to relay the fact that he was threatening Orion without so much as saying so out front.

Orion walked back to his bunk and climbed up. "Get out my face Mendez. You are pathetic and a waste of time, space and air." He laid himself down, folded his arms under his head and stared up at the ceiling. He allowed his mind to play through one of many gruesome death scenarios he was thinking about for Mendez. He knew he would be meeting with his lawyer soon. First thing he would do is request that a restraining order against Mendez, Black and Ben be put in place. Banning all forms of contact. He knew he had a few friends in the right places, as did his sister. He would definitely have her call in whatever favors she had with her old work friends. ~Ryder~ I have the answer

Jesse accepted the papers then moved over to Grace. He took her face between his hands.
"Orion will accept this baby whether it is his or not. He is crazy about you. Stop thinking the worst about him." He let his hands fall away.
"You can't keep stressing like this. It is not good for you or the tiny person you are carrying. Just have faith in your husband for once." He tucked the papers away in the inner pocket of his jacket.
"If you are seriously that concerned....lie. Pay whoever you have to and lie, get them to lie. Women lie about everything anyway. What's one more lie, if the result is everyone is happy." He stopped talking as he watched Grace's expression. He had no idea if Grace would lie to Orion. He didn't believe she would, but she was a woman trying to keep her family together, so who knew what exactly she would do to keep them together.
"Can I ask you something. Why even tell him? I mean...it doesn't really matter who donated the sperm really. Orion will be the one supporting the child. He will be the one who rushes with you to the emergency room when the baby has a fever. He will be the one you text the video of the baby taking his or her first steps. So why tell him about Mendez? You knew it would only make him act crazy." Jesse believed in white lies. Sometimes you had to work around the truth if it meant the horrible result would not in fact be the result.
"Me. I would have lied. Tell him only what he wanted to hear. Tell him whatever he needs to hear to keep his mind on his family."
