Alright, so, I could use some suggestions for the soon-to-die 2nd DIvision Captain's Zanpakuto/Shikai/Bankai. Any ideas?
I was thinking something stealthy like that, but I've elected to go down a path where the Captain doesn't use Bankai.

Is it possible for me to start with a Sternritter that does not have any powers? But, later obtains them?
For my RPC, I am making a gun-using Quincy commando. He's going to be a former American soldier who retired and became a vigilante police officer. He's also going to be extremely racist towards Asians, Blacks, and Hispanics.
He's going to have Swastika's tattooed on his shoulders. From the Neo-Nazi era.
That escalated quickly
He'll really hate Jews and Catholics too.
I'm going to make a Gillian hollow RPC as well. That will go through the natural evolution process before becoming an Arrancar.

We needed to free up the 2nd Division, since the two other people in it left, and the Captain was an NPC, so with Shizuko leaving, I wanted it free for other people to join. As such, murder time!

Speaking of characters I was gonna make a vizard. Would you rather have a nice nurse like kaido expert or a traditional feudal samurai type guy that is like a fish out of water in the real world and also a bakudo guy but with a little more zanjutsu muscle to add to the kido specialists

If you're going to be a Vizard, you're going to have to be a former Lieutenant and only know shikai. I hate to say it, but my team is super stacked with former Captain-level individuals and it wouldn't be fair for any of the other races.
Furthermore, a healer support would be exceptionally useful. Especially with the injuries that Noire and Shizuko have sustained, let alone the ones Domon may have acquired in our little assault on Soul Society.
Now, this doesn't mean you can't learn bankai or whatever, I just need you to start out a tad weaker.
I'm going to allow only a few more Vizards. At most 2 more former Lieutenants and the rest 3rd seats or greater.

Well... I hate to be a d**k, but even if you try to engage us. I'm probably just going to walk out through the Senkaimon. We're wounded and have what we came for so. It'd be pointless to start another long drawn out fight. Because, then support will come and we won't be able to leave. The whole point of this was to free the Vizards and get them RPing instead of sitting in prison.
I might entertain a quick fight, bind the hell out of you and then walk out if you want. Either way, you aren't going to stop us. If you do, I warn you that your lower level RPC won't last very long at all if you attempt to fight us. Not with three Captain-class Vizards. Noire, Domon, and Shizuko (while her powers have yet to be manifested).
