Effi Las - yarr there are some contests ive got my eye on but the first prize is NM minis [if i only won] but im sure a lot of artists will be entering and i probabaly wont place anything D: I dunno i just think my style isnt that..sought after? and such D: i dunno sweatdrop its not stereotypically anime so yeah..
ive had chinese take away but never eating it in a resturant and such..
AnikaChan - Fwee thanks ive added you to addicted to Sui - as the Claim sui i put 13 avatars up for grabs and people claimed them so there could only be that many entrants.. so yeah sweatdrop i should maybe make this clear as i think there is some confusion..
Deni - i thought so but there is no shame in it at all - your helping to learn anatomy and such as you draw so yarr.. and thanking you7 ^0^ im a lame lame sui and spend up to half a hour doing a avatar D: >_<

hey, it no shame in using stock, I think only the good tablet with awesome pressure sensitive (which I wish I have lol ) can made it an ease to drew picture digitally without drawing traditionally mrgreen
and as for art contest, different people judge differently, I know for some contests I would totally disagree with the owner judgment but hey, it their money rofl Plus they can't be like "omg your art sux" because it is essentially a freebie with a chance that you might get a prize for it 3nodding (unless they are evil people who would properly get flamed by others really quick ninja )

Sui- Well if I read comics I read Spiderman and to my brothers rofl My dad is really into thwhole marvel thing and now they are as well so I'm always caught reading them. And now I'm in luuuurve with Spiderman (movies of course) but they're fun and cute so it's no big deal =]]

 maybe not lame - but perhaps sl;ightly sad xD ehh i enjoy it though xD and the thing i first stuggled with my tabklet is getting used to looking up at the monitor and drawing rather than looking down - but the lack of hand REALLY helps C:
Mary - YeahWacom has a silly amount of pressure sensitive things C: its really funky especially with a ultra sensitive tool xD like the spoon pen XD yarr this is true <333 im hoping to one day do a big art contest on gaia <3 i want to get mine in full swing soon on here so i shall be messaging people who still need to draw for Claim Sui xD
Roxcii - I'm not a big fan or marvel / DC comics im more into Top Cow / Chaos comics C: and olde Image stuff C: xmen ish okieday though i've read quite a few of them C:

I'm not into comic book either...more into mangas and such..comic book just seem too shonen (action packed) that gear toward guys more whee I like the first spiderman movie, the second and third have good action and a bit of comedy but the majority of the plot such xp
I hadn't used my pen for direct digital drawing too much yet, I still rely on scanning hand drawn and use the multiply option rofl I guess I'm still half traditional? whee I want to try drawing with no line eventually like Orielle, though it so painful to look at when it not finish (it a bunch of sloppy colors!) xd

Ah, yeah. Definately. I thought Spiderman's outfit SHOULD have been the black one. I mean it's way sexcii and mysterious! The goodguy outfit is... like, uber dorky!!! It looks like he tried too hard to be patriotic. That is just my opinion =]]. I definately lean way way way more toward mangas =]] Especially the comic or really cutesy love ones ('Cause Roxcii is girly like that XDDD) My favorite is this one called Aria it's CRAZY cute! The art literally blows me out of the water and the cute little things they do and the whole plot is just so... well... CUTE!! I am trying to get as good as that manga-ka but it's a long and hard road sweatdrop
I really like X-men the movies, that is like the one comic based movie I will not budge on. It's just sooo good! Plus that one guy (whose name I have blanked on as usual) with the super sexcii glasses, (do you know who I am talking about?) and he is VERY mysterious????? Well, he's sexcii.

MM i like my girl hero comics - like witchblade >_< Lady death etc im not a fan of hulking muscularly men etc xD
i haven't used my tablet for that - traditionally then scanning - maybe i should try, and yes i want to try to [do at least one picture like without lines D: they are like a safety net xD
a lot of american comics are kinda like that - like with superman the colours xD and manga is very expensive over here but i have 3 books of it - a angel sanctuary one in FRENCH someone gacveme >_< and a few dears ones and some others someone gave me :B

Yeah, I like the girl ones but I haven't actually seen many. My favorite superhero is Storm =]] She's cool. There was this one show that was pretty interesting that my dad got me addicted to (it's waaaay dorky!) but it was called um... World's Next Super Hero, or something to that extent where Stan Lee got all these people together who wanted to be immortalized as a superhero and he wanted to write a new comic so it kinda... worked out in that sense. But my favorite part was when they were assigned to come up with a theme song, (and while the season was airing I became partial to a superhero named: "Fat Mama" who had donuts on her belt... but she was funny!!!) and her theme song was "Fat Mama, Fat Mama, I'm here to save the day! Fat Mama, Fat Mama, I'll steal your food away!!"... Sadly she didn't win =[[
If you don't mind me asking, where do you live?
Side note: I just drew a picture of what is SUPPOSED to be a joker swinging around on a lightpost but it sadly shares a resembelance as a striper sliding down the pole (It was an accident!!)

I basicly like anything that CLAMP made..I'm watching Tsubasa Chronicle right now ^_^ It true all the comic is way patriotic lol superman, spideman, captain america, etc..I only recall batman as not having red white and blue all over rofl I'm a dork..I still like Sailormoon lol whee I guess it shows what time I grow up in 3nodding

It just means you take a lot of consideration on what goes on your avatar, x3 I had that problem too. D: now my problem is where I have to put my tablet. I have to put it on the little thing that slides out from under the desk. D: It sucks.

Yoyu should visit Top cows website they have some comics up on there you can read for free - i suggest Witchblade but im a Witchblade addict xD
haha that sounds funny - ive never heard of the show though - i live in England so thats probably why xD

Batman is funky <33 and ive seen one or two episodes of SM - buit dubbed and i hate dubbing ill probabaly like it better with japenese voices C:

Yeah, Storm kicked arse! And wow! I love England! They all have such charming little accents! One of my favorite books takes place there. (It's the Georgia Nicolson series (yussssh it's going to be a movie!)) I love it, it's SOOO funny!! I thought Batman was the best superhero second to Spiderman, because he kicked butt and he didn't even have a super power! Just uber cool gadget-majiggers! That he made himself!! Like woah! In middle school I would wake up early just to watch Sailor Moon, like all of my friends did so too. I don't know why but it was just sooo popular. Then it vanished!!
FINALLY MY SCANNER IS READY FOR ACTION (huzzah!) I'm excited~~~
