Moé leaned up and phasekissed Caleb on the cheek.
She looked up at him.
"To... make up for what I did, may I take you somewhere?"

Caleb's red color increased. "Where to, if I may ask?"

Moé made a little gesture that she was zipping her mouth shut.
"It's a surprise. Don't worry, it's nothing dangerous or rigorous."
She held out her good hand.
"Come on. I'll pay for anything you want there. We may see Kokopelli and Ann there..."

Caleb took her hand. "....Alright." He said, his skin color beginning to fade back to white..

Moé dragged Caleb through a portal.
It was pitch black at night, and Jormungandr caught thhem on his scaly head.
'You're nearly late.'
Moé pointed in a random diretion.
"We need to go to the dock over there. That's the best view."

Caleb looked at the clock as they drew closer to it. His hands were deep in his robe.

Moé and Caleb were slowly dropped on what seemed to be a crowded dock.
Moé hurriedly dragged him to a place where there were no trees to obscure the sky.
She took out some binoculars form hammerspace, and then sighed.
"Oh..."
Azrael was deliberately terrorizing people on the faraway barge, shouting somethign about 'the origin of all evil' and 'you should not celebrate a horrible man'.
Moé turned to Caleb, frowning.
"I hope the pyrotechnics aren't cancelled because of him...!"
Then there was a huge boom, and a huge display of light and smoke came form the streaming flame.
"Oh, good!"

Caleb looked up. Seeing the colored screams of alchemical fires once again. ".....It has been such a long time since I have seen these...." Another popped.

Moé didn't hear him [[/Camilla blocking out]], and soon the volume of fireworks escalated, until the entire sky, from one end of the horizon to the other, wwas coated in enough fireworks to rival Madeira, Portugal.
Moé watched with joy, hugging onto Caleb's side.

Caleb's skin began to turn red. Taking one glace at her before going back to the sky.

As some time had passed, the ifnale began, the air smelling heavily of the smoke, the sky filled with even more color.
Moé, happy in this moment, leaned up and phasekissed Caleb.
She was quite cold, and was shivering, holding the fabric of his sleeves to warm her.

A few minutes later, all the fireworks spent, the show ended, andd peopel began to file away. As Jormunganddr was laying dormant underwater for fear of the sparks in his scales, when Moé portaled, it was instantaneous.
Moé looked away shyly.
"That show only happens once a year..."
She looked up at him.
"It's supposed to be good luck if you go with someone you love, but thhat wwasn't my reason; I wished to see you happy. Were you.... happy, Sir?"

Caleb looked at her. "Why would I not be? I have not seen such flames of elemental burning in quite awhile." He returned. "Is their something wrong?"

"I wasn't sure if you enjoyed it or not."
She rested her mouth on the side of his neck.
"I... am just so overjoyed that you did...!"
Moé warmly embraced him, her body still shiveirng from the cold.
