Do my a favor Veilette... don't demand things so forcefully when you're the guest in someone's order.
The guild is near death, to sum up quickly, but a few orders survive within themselves as I've seen it. Aquarius is dead, having only 1 post in the last 3 months and within 4 posts you can date all the way back to October. Aries is as alive as ever, with dedicated members that still have time for the guild, though less outgoing than usual. Cancer seems to be as deceased as Aquarius, with one member who seems dedicated though Mal seems more busy with life than usual. Capricorn has been dead since November and shows no signs of reviving. Gemini was killed by a mix of Dragon Age 2 and single parenthood in conjunction with Loki's strange disappearance from their halls. Leo is among the few that live and has activity though it has slowed down within the past week or two, but I can always excuse the presence of life offline. Libra has always been fairly slow and the members are usually hermits that keep to their own and they've continued to do so as they've done in the past. I'll skip your order since I assume know your own status, though the outlook doesn't look much better than most others. Saggitarius hasn't had a post since December, so I assume they need some Phoenix Downs. Scorpio has never done very well but they're certifiably dead now. Serpentarius is more alive than ever with an entire 4 posts within the last month. Virgo is also down for the count with no posts since last year.
I believe the first way to bring real life back into the guild is to start having those orders that do have life to start mingling in other orders again. The judges, myself included, need to be more adamant about bringing the guild together as a community rather than keeping them separate in their small surviving groups. I see the problems as well as what I must do but with my ISP being what it is I can't really help at this point though I wish with all my might that I could.

Though honestly the Guild has seen better days. crying
We need to come up with a awesome idea to lure our peoplez back....

That is a pretty good summary, couldn't have said it better. Perhaps taking this discussion to serp....and do some brain storming...you know? like when a storm hits your head? XD Does anyone else see a reference here?

The esper stood in front of where the door to the order used to be. His eyes aflame from the introduction of chaos to his lawful realm. Seeing this happening again and again in the future Hashmal began to scheme as to how to fix things so that this would never happen again. He began casting various wards and protective spells over the entryway. Soon a curtain of magic fell from the top of the archway, when it came to rest it became solid and formed doors before the hall. Walking out side he looked in, there was nothing there, as if someone could see straight into the halls of the order. Walking back in he looked back as the doors formed behind him, and as a grizzly smile came to the lion's lips his visage faded and soon he would be as nothing.
