Gregar828 I...........I don't. People can put what they want into a Gaia signature, be it religious beliefs, a guild signature, or a Grammar Nazi emblem. That signature pretty much says "We don't want to know your beliefs, we dont want your kind here, go away." Quite spiteful, actually. agreed

It's directly challenging people who make their signatures that basically say "If you don't add this to your signature you're a pagan and are going to hell.". Those are just plain annoying, and he's pointing that out. It's not saying to stop showing their beliefs, it's saying to stop trying to force others to show theirs too.

Everyone is entitled to there opinion and I have heard your a million times, and like everyone else you make assumptions without asking questions. I couldn't put everything I wanted so I stuck with the bluntest version of what I could say due the limit of letters you can use. I would have liked to add how the people who put the opposite about them not believing in god are just as annoying. If some one cares about your religious views I am sure they will ask you, there is no need to put it in you Gaia sig like a million other clones have done. Your sig should be something unique or a guild tag for something you are using or a job title you hold. Not something that boils religion down to a "Team Edward Team Jacob" level of attention.
You of all people should have known I was being blunt and not mean seeing as people make the same mistake about half the things you post. Guess I was wrong.

I do not think that that is what they are saying. They are encouraging other christians, like themselves, to have that in their banner to show that they are all united by Christ. But not all of them do it. I consider myself to be a fairly devout Catholic, yet I don't have a signature like that. Besides, there's nothing stopping an Atheist, Jew, Muslim, or any other religion to have a signature like that. But this signature directly attacks those people, not specifically because their Christians, but because they have something in their signature that Havik doesn't like, which is why I don't like it. But I'll allow it to remain, unless I receive evidence that someone quit the guild because of it. (Which may happen).

Guess I was wrong. This is not the type of bluntness I use, which is telling people something is wrong without sugarcoating it, without taking into consideration how they may react to my "tone". This signature directly attacks a group of people you don't like because they put certain things in their signature. That's not bluntness, that's just being rude and hurtful, and being quite direct about it.

The only thing in it that I really see as a possible attack is the religious few bit. Other than that, it's pretty much just an attack on chain signatures, and on some level, a statement against having to prove you're a christian by spamming it everywhere.

iSix-kun *feels Greg ending the convo so I must say this fast* While I am a christian (non denomination) I agree with havik. You see a topic that you think I will deem inappropriate and stop, so your reaction.........is to post as fast as you can in it before I stop it? I'm sorry, but that's...........Do I NEED to go into whats wrong with that? (DISCLAIMER: That was a rhetorical question, don't answer it)

Would it be wrong for me to interject and state for the record..."I am a proud member of the Jedi Church. Yes, it is a legitimately recognized religion and I humbly support it with every midichlorian in my being." ? Yes? Well too bad, I activate my illegal powers of hacking. Auto-hit enabled!

Hinote Tosatsu The only thing in it that I really see as a possible attack is the religious few bit. Other than that, it's pretty much just an attack on chain signatures, and on some level, a statement against having to prove you're a christian by spamming it everywhere. I'm focusing more on the fact that it attacks chain signatures than the fact that it attacks religion, because it attacks people who put their religion in their signature, not a specific religion. If it did, that would be an instant Ougoun for slandering of religion.
