Loki took that break to catch his break as well and to slip off her Kimono. Her kissed down her neck and her arm, then found his way back to her lips.

Once they got inside Raphael just stood there and held her, glad he had been able to stop Loki before he fried her. He reached down and took her hand, bringing it up and holding it in both of his and healing it. Suddenly tears filled his eyes and spilled over, rolling down his cheeks.

Raphael closed his eyes and kissed her again, pulling back and placing his forehead on hers, still crying lightly.
"I came so close to losing you, if I would have been a second too slow." His eyebrows pressed together. "He would have fried you.. he would have fired you and Cassandra."

Raphael kissed her forehead, taking a deep breath.
"I hope I am.."

Hyua fixed the bookbag on her back and looked up at the gates to the Kusa. This had been the last place Romano had been, had been the last place she could pick up his chakra. She didn't know what that meant, weather he had picked up that she was following... or that he had somehow died, but she needed to talk to him. She was back to her normal self, not that broken up b*tch that Romano had made her. And she was mad... very mad. She rolled her shoulders, put a hand to her cross necklace, and walked in. If Romano wasn't here, she'd find him.. he probably knew that too.

Raphael smiled.
"Then I'll believe for you."

Hyau stopped in front of the temple and looked up, she still had his eyes, his brownish red eyes.
"Did you get tired of running Romano? Or did you grow a set?" She could barely keep the growl of anger out of her voice. He was still gorgeous, he had always been good looking. But that's not what made her want to cry and choke him at the same time. What made her want to cry was that no matter what he did, she could look at him and see the Romano she had fallen in love with. She looked stronger, her hair has that gloss to it again and her body was finely muscled. She had a katana on her back and her eyes held that old stubborness along with a strong hate, but an admiration, for Romano.

Hyua looked at him bluntly.
"I don't have to tell you to do that Romano, you'll do it anyways, even if there's a girl that loves you with all her heart sitting right in front of you." She crossed her arms, glaring at him. "And beating you within an inch of your life, whoever satisfying, would not end anything." She sighed and ran a hand through her hair. "I just wanted to hear from you without you lying to my face for once... why you did it. I would have cut myself to pieces for you... and you ended up killing me."

Hyua didn't hug him back but when he let go she just looked at the ground.
"Romano, I tried so hard to please you, I went beyond anything a normal woman would have never done..." She took her bag off and picked something out of it, giving it to him. There were tears in her eyes. "Read this romano, and you might understand. If you do, come back to Yuki and find me.." She disappeared in to red rose petals.

The book was Hyua's diary. There was a entry for every months ever since she met romano. It described her feelings for him, the dreams she used to have. All her hopes. One was dated the night before she died.

I'm tired, so I wont be able to write much. Romano... he was.. rough.. again. I hurt in places I know I shouldn't... my ribs hurt to, along with my head. But it's okay. I've pleased Romano, I wont lose him.. atleast for one night. For one night he wont go with some other girl... for one night I dont have to worry weather or not he'll come back, because he's beside me, because I can feel him beside me. I can hear his breathing, I can feel his skin against my own. I can also feel the blood filling my lungs but thar's okay too. It's okay because even if I die, I'll die for Romano, I'll die pleasing the only person that matters to me. When he hits me, I know it's not his fault, it's my own. It's my fault that I can't have kids, it's my fault the house seems to never be clean, it's my fault he goes out and gets drunk. It's my fault he goes out and cheats, it's my fault when things aren't good enough or the bed isn't soft enough or the food is overcooked. It's my fault Tressa is pregnant... it's my fault because she's better, that I can't better myself enough. Maybe, after tonight I will be good enough. But I'm too sleepy now, but I hope Romano's happy when I tell him the news after work tomorrow. I'm finally pregnant.. maybe I'll be enough for him now."

He finally came to the page, the ink was worn. Appearently Hyua had looked at this page often, there were even spots were tears had fallen.

"I've finally calmed down, enough to where my writing isn't messed up scribbles. I really don't think I can write much at all, mind mind feels like it's filled with cotton. I don't know how long I'm going to last without him, Romano. Oh god, even writting his name... It feels like I have one gigantic hole ripped in to my chest, I always feel like I'm bleeding out. Is that why my vision is always going fuzzy? Or is it because my blindness is comming back? Because of all the stress? Everyday I have to wake up without his smile, without the softness of his hair, the security of his hug, I feel like I'm not waking up. I feel as if I'm really waking up to a horrible nightmare that wont end.. and that one night I might wake up screaming, crying, with him holding me, telling me it's alright.. that it was all just a horrible nightmare. The only reason I get up anymore is because of a cat I have found, I've called him Romano too... he reminds me so much of him, has those same brownish-red eyes. Altough sometimes the cat makes me to want to kill myself even more than right now. To join him, to kiss him... I've even started cutting myself now. The pain relieves some of the heartache I feel.. but not enough. I know the only know the only way for me to ever be happy again is to be in his arms, and that will never happen.. because he's gone. I love him to much to live, but know it would hurt him to much for me too die. I'm so stuck, I don't know what to do wihout him. He's my everything, my life, my heart, my world."

Hyua ran out, she would always be there to heal him, which was exactly what she was going to do. She dropped to her knees beside him and began to heal his wings, the wounds closing almost imediatly when she ran her hands over them. She didn't speak though. She wouldn't have anything else to say in till she knew weather or not he understood.
