Time limits: PRAISE BE TO THIS IDEA. I say thee yea.

Voting? Good idea. I think it would also help to have a group of people specifically for reviewing disputes--yeah, we have a mod request thread, but really only Tacitus and Jello (now mainly Tac since Jello's busy with HoH) have been handling that. This doesn't mean we take on a bunch of new people to be Crew, it just means that there will be more people available to work on smoothing out the problems the tourney has.
I also suggest we throw all this at Clash once we come to a decision, since it was his Guild and idea in the first place.
Edit: Never mind, Jello quit. Maybe we should appoint two more mods.

I'm only a spectator myself, but I can see points for and against a time limit. Might I make the suggest making an add-on to the time limit. That the time limit itself is used on an as need basis? Conflicting schedules could make for a few possibly good fights to have posts only done every few days. Leaving the fight with less than a page of 'work' after two weeks. There are some good fights in this tournament that the time limit would actually be a bad thing (O/M and FFA). There are some fights *coughDressy&Cziricough* that a time limit might be needed so the round can be progressed.

But here's another alternative. A match is active. So, no time limit for it because sooner or later it's going to end itself since one of the fighters may end up losing. However, if a match starts to slow down it will get two warnings, which would occur two days after the last post was submitted, provided the other opponent does not post. After the second warning, the match is then given one week. If no winner is shown after this limit is up, then it will be up to the judges to decide the winner.

Basically, all anyone needs to know is that I'm all for a time limit in any way one can be established. Cause seriously, I only have a passing interest in two of my fights and the rest are "are we done yet?" fights. Dressy-kins and cziri being the prime examples of "******** end this now please..."
Damn cziri and him being ill... *shakes fist at illness*

.. Oh ever-loving Jesus Christ. My cousin came over today, wanting to look up some grafitti art he'd seen the other day for a little competition. I said, "Sure, no problem." What the Hell kind of bad.. thing could result from THAT?
6 hours of that b*****d searching and failing at finding it before he leaved.
I have officially lost a good chunk of my life. Mooo, Snow - I'll post the moment my eyes stop burning and I can regain the feeling in my organs again.
