Bai Cheshi.
I know, right? Now it's losing popularity though.
I still don't believe my 14th gen. Death Whisper was worth over 100k.

I planned on selling the Case from the start. And I bought it for 170K I do believe.
And -- Gaia started out with barely any gold at all. There was no cash shop, MC's were the only rare thing around. People had to earn gold by posting. After more users came into the picture, the amount of gold on gaia spiked. To maintain the status quo they made a tax on every listing to the marketplace.
This upset the greedy gaians with items that cost 4Mil+ The problem with gaias plan though, is that instead of listing the items. Those gaians would go to the vending forum and trade.
When they introduced the Cash shop, it only upset the economy that much more. People with no gold tend to stay that way, people with a lot prosper. There isn't enough gold to make everyone happy. It tends to be take take take.

Almost every every item can do that by now.
I think I'll end up selling my masquerade though; unless it gets a lot more interesting. All of its items have been kind of dull. I'll wait for it to finish though.
Hehe... it sounds like American history. Now we're in the industrial revolution; pThe class distinctions are getting bigger and bigger. =u=

So does that mean next everyone will leave Gaia and there'll be a depression? =P
Gaia's getting more and more greedy.... that stupid "we'll pay you Gaia Cash for clicking on viral ads" was the worst one.

That's a possibility. But if there were less users there would be more gold for others. Only problem is that the gold you leave on your account would stay there. Depending on who is leaving, There may be a gaian depression.
Is it just me or does dark Konoko remind you of Alice?

That'd be amusing...
The people who would have to leave for that to happen would have to be the "buyers." People like you an dI who have a good amount of gold but aren't hoarding it or really trying to increase that amount; just buying items they think would be good for their avi. The noobs would have to leave as well, so there aren't any potential new "buyers." The "sellers" left nothing would happen... They would leave their items posted and the "buyers" would take from what they had.
