Yeah... Depp's acting is lovely. I don't like their character design but if anyone can pull off the Hatter in that gaudy makeup it's him.
I can't wait. :3

He does have good acting. Though I had a hard time staying awake during Public Enemies.
Same. Can't wait.

I think his real genius is the range of roles he can play; anything from a depressed murderous barber to an eccentric childish candymaker.
I mean, from the trailer it looks like they mixed just enough of both books to make it interesting; from teh Looking Glass to Alice.

Definitely a wide variety of talent. We need more people like that.
I've never actually read the books.

Yes we do. Those kind of people are few and far between now.
I only did this past summer over vacation. They're really interesting. But they're DEFINITELY an acid trip. Lewis Caroll was totally drugged out of his mind when he wrote them.

Of course we have very few of them...And now we have the singer's becoming actor's and vise versa.
Fantastic. I have to find them sometime.. After I finish my four books I've started already.

Hehe... just start with the beginning; the book "Alice in Wonderland" also has "Through the Looking Glass" in it. Which is what this movie and the old Disney movies are based off of.
Singers becoming actors... AUGH... unless they have talent NO. Actors becoming singers... EVEN WORSE *thinks of Disney*

Ludacris, if you count rappers as singers. I don't, really.
Like I said, AUGH. NOT UNLESS THEY ACTUALLY HAVE LOTS OF TALENT.

I don't even count rap as music.
It's a rare thing to find these days.

I don't either. It's Retards Attempting Poetry. xD
Exactly. Why I just say they shouldn't. If someone has real talent they can switch, but otherwise NO. Actors becoming singers... NOT IF THEY'VE EVER WORKED FOR DISNEY.
