From the window something fired a small stream of water at Masanori, spitting it right in his face.
"Hey you, pretty boy, come here! And hurry up we don't have all day!", said the strange figure.

For a minute his rage piled up to one of scary amount, when imagining that someone had just thrown pee into his face. But that faded away quickly when he smelled no digusting odor. He always imagined the worst when it comes to his face, eventually after standing like stunned in his one spot. He looked up and saw a tiny red creature. ".. What the?.. You're gonna pay for what you just did!" he ran back to Andou to pick up kunai to then run straight into the academy with his kunai drawn, thursting for blood.

Somewhat surprised by the boy's reaction, the proud crab did not budge an inch when it saw the shinobi lunging towards it with a kunai.
"Keep this up and you'll lose that arm tough guy! That or best case scenario you're accused of regicide! Take your pick!", yelled the royal crab, trying to intimidate his interlocutor.
Seeing the boy hesitate before trying to pierce its tiny shell, the royal crab took this moment to explain the situation. "I am prince Koukani, you may refer to me as your highness. I am here to demand your assistance." announced the crab, completely changing his tone to a very solemn one. "I've seen you working that silver tongue of yours across the village and I thought you would be worthy enough to aid in our cause.", he explained, emphasizing as though this was a great honor.
"It would appear a very disgraceful shinobi of your village is hunting my people on the shoreline. I, however, cannot act directly in this matter. Such action is not befitting of royalty. From all the young people I've seen here you appear to be the one with the most decorum and flair and thus, worthiest of aiding the great Royal Crabs of the Water Country, even if just barely.", explained the prince, making sure his crown was well in place.
"Get this boy to stop one way or another and we shall not forget your compliance.", he added, crossing his pincirs.
"You have permission to leave my presence.", he concluded, looking up with disdain.

When he attacked the crab and being blocked, he more and more let go if his anger as it began to talk. ".. Eh?" he said after being threaten by the little tiny thing. "I can f*cking squash you with my foot.." he thought to himself while having no interest in this matter what so ever. But, when the "prince" had finished his speech about the assistance, he was intriguied by the reward. "Probably more of his royal b*ullshit.." but. He got something to do and that's something, he guessed this is just one other way to practice his vocals. "Yeah, yeah sure thing," he waved his hand back and forth as if he have heard enough talk "I'll fix the thing.. The reward better be something better than that nasty water of yours"
When reaching the door out to the village, he figured out that he was a prince. "Prince? A prince king-crab?.. He sucks.."

Andou watched as Masanori continued throwing, and as he decided to add spice to the mix as well. Shinzu also arrived at this point and Andou nodded at him to start. Shinzu was doing less well than the Kaijuu boy which was odd. Andou could see that he was much more dexterous.. maybe he just wasn't confident enough yet. "Keep going Akara," Andou instructed from the side. "After all it's best to hit a stride." It helped muscle memory and all that.
At this point Masanori approached Andou and asked to be dismissed. Well more like dismissed himself. Well what could you expect from somebody who hung out with rats? Andou nodded and said over to him, making sure his voice carried, "Decent training today Kaijuu. Good job."

"Yes Andou Sensei." Shinzu said nodding to Andou before preparing to throw his next kunai. This time Shinzu ran towards the target before throwing the kunai. "Yes Bullseye!!" Shinzu yelled and jumped up and down, thus far this had been his greatest acomplishment. "Thank you Otou-san." Shinzu said, without realizing it, as he turned around and bowed to Andou for his help.

After his last kunai it the bullseye dead on Shinzu prepared to throw the next one after all he still had six more to throw. He got into his stance and prepared to run. Once again he ran at the target and threw the kunai. Once again it hit accurately on the third ring.

Perhaps Shinzu had been too enthusiastic after his last to throws as his sixth throw of the day wasn't very good. It hit in the center of the outermost ring far away from the bullseye. It had actually went off course because Shinzu tripped slightly as he was running. "Crap well I still have 4 more chances."

This time before throwing the Kunai Shinzu took a moment to relax, form a handseal, and just relax and focus his mind by focusing on controling his chakra. After playing with it for moment Shinzu prepared to throw the Kunai and sure enough it payed off as the kunai hit the third ring just barely away from the bullseye.

After seeing that his focusing/chakra control exercise seemed to work Shinzu did it yet again this time pulling out chakra and actually playing with it tossing it from hand to hand while he focused his mind on throwing the kunai. He stood up, ran towards the target, and threw the Kunai at it. The knife hit roughly in the middle of the second ring.

It was a pretty good throw so Shinzu repeated what he had done before. He pulled out some chakra and played with it then he had a thought "Sensei is it possible to control or influence the direction of projectiles using chakra?" He didn't wait for an answer however before he threw another knife.

Otou-san?!?!?!?!??!1 Andou was floored! That came completely out of the blue! His eyes widened and he froze for a minute. He'd been called many things in his life. b*****d, Mean-sensei, stingy poker, idiot, slimeball, a*****e, douchebag... you name it. But Otou-san... Andou simply decided not to reply. But his heart pulsed alarmingly. He might be getting too attached to his students, yes all of them, for his own good. All the training in the world, even the special hardcore training given to him in CORAL, had not prepared him for this.
He was broken from his reverie by a question. "Yes.." Andou answered distantly. "I've heard of the possibility. It works better if you have Wind affinity, but what you do is that you attach your weapon to a thread of chakra connected to yourself and manipulate the weapon as you throw. If you're proficient enough in chakra control, you might not even need the thread. Of course, I'm not at that level yet," Andou shrugged before a thought occurred to him. "Oh yes, we haven't found out your affinity yet, have we. We should do that sometime. Maybe after this, or after the spar."

"Oh darn haha." Shinzu said as Andou explainedhow to control projectiles with chakra. "Can we find out my affinity after this?" He wasn't looking forward to sparring Andou Sensei's clone plus he'd always wondered what his affinity was. For moment however he prepared his last Kunai first by focusing by practicing his chakra control which allowed him to relax and focus. He ran and threw the kunai hitting the very edge of the target again. "I'm done Andou Sensei." He said as he returned the kunai accidently forgeting one in his holster.

"Yeah sure, why not?" Andou answered, mind still up there somewhere although it was rapidly coming back down to Earth. He stuck a hand into his pockets and retrieved a pack of paper. Well Andou was just Sensei R Us it seemed, always equipped for anything that might potentially happen. "It won't take long after all."
He extracted a piece of paper from the package carefully before placing it flat on his palm. "This is paper made from specially grown trees that are infused with chakra. It basically reacts with the element inherent in your own chakra and produces a special effect. Depending on the effect, you find out your elemental affinity." Andou concentrated hard, pouring his chakra into the paper which immediately became soggy. "Of course, the stronger your chakra, the stronger the effect. My chakra isn't that strong though." He shrugged, he was clearly fine with it.
"You try," Andou continued, offering Shinzu a piece of paper. "Fire affinity burns the paper, Wind affinity cuts it in half, Earth affinity turns it to dust, Water affinity makes it wet and Lightning affinity crumples it."
[your chakra control thing doesn't count btw. xd you have to roll and actually go against a dc for it to count as training.]

"Ok Sensei." Shinzu said as he grabbed the piece if paper from him. He held the paper and focused his chakra into it. The paper slowly ripped in half "I guess I have a wind affinity, huh? Hmm that could work out well with taijutsu." Shinzu had secretly hoped it would be wind he'd always liked it the best the only problem was there weren't too many wind users in Kiri 'Maybe I could travel to another village with wind users, hmm.' He thought to himself contemplating the future.
[Damn well I figured the chakra control was worth a shot lol.)

"It would seem so, yes," Andou answered. "Wind, huh.." he mused. "A rare affinity in this village to my knowledge. Still, I'm sure you'll find a partner." He quirked an odd little smile at this point. "It would," he followed to answer Shinzu's comment. Man this kid was pretty strategic for someone who had only been in the academy for the greater part of a day. "Remember that technique where you use your chakra to alter the air currents to makes your projectiles more accurate? You can use chakra to make your melee attacks more potent as well. For example by creating a chakra blade extending from your fists." Andou shrugged. "Well, it's food for thought." He stretched and a few joints in his back cricked a little.
"I think it's time for a spar now," Andou suggested, well more like instructed. "Don't worry. You won't fight me, nor will you fight the students who are examining to be genin. You'll fight an underpowered water clone of mine instead." Andou made the hand seals and a clone materialised. It gave a mock salute before walking straight to the empty patch of grass in between the line and the targets.
"You seem pretty resourceful so you'll be fine," Andou's clone spoke and gestured around. "Anything around here is fair game to be used. You first," it offered genially. "Only this time though."

Shinzu grabbed ten shurikens before tunring to face the clone. He pulled out the kunai in his holster and charged the clone intending to get the first strike in quickly. Even though he had pulled the kunai out Shinzu's first came in the form of a high kick towards the clone's face. He wanted to see how good this clone really was then he'd be able to decide how he was going to fight it. 'I wonder if it can use jutsu? I'f it can I'm going to be in real trouble unless of course I keep the pressure up and keep his hands preoccupied.' Shinzu thought to himself as he attacked the clone.
