Check out Hidden Arts, Moon, Cloud, Heaven, and Night. You might see something you like in one of those villages. The clans are in the threads so you gotta read through it

Next chuunin exam is after the Shinin exam and Christams event. You don't have to ask for basic and Adv summons if they are unowned you train for
them 1000 for basic and 3000 for adv

The chuunin exam won't happen for atleast two weeks. We just finished the 1st round of the tournament and there two more so it depends on how long these fights last. You can count the words towards your summon.

I'm working on the Hidden Passion village. It's themed on... eh, it's not terribly hard to figure out. http://www.gaiaonline.com/guilds/viewtopic.php?page=1&t=17805215#220698083I am trying very hard to keep this PG-13, tasteful, and mature. That clan is humorous, yes, because sex is funny, but it's not a big joke. I really do feel that this idea could introduce interesting and appealing roleplay situations. I'll remind you that I'm responsible for the Ichazuki clan-- I know what I'm doing here. I figure as long as I keep it mature and tasteful, it'll be a very good addition to the forum. At no point in the writing of this village will I get into explicit description. Several forum regulars have expressed their support for this idea, and even interest in making ninjas from the clans I'm writing.

I had an idea for a new character, but the general motif and made-ups would turn them into something quite a bit different from a normal character. Is there anyone in particular I should send the details to? (Once I write them up, that is. Right now they are just ideas in the ole brainpan.) Here's their pic, though.

Would it be at all possible for the katana my character gained/built in hidden Katana to be a weapon that isn't actually a katana?
(Current planned version is a staff with a focusing crystal on one end and a curved blade on the other end.)

I want to make a custom weapon because it just makes sense.
It would simply be a shuriken/throwing knife that always disappears and returns to its pouch after striking the target.
Other ideas include a magic pouch that generates shuriken made of ice/water, or a pouch that generates shuriken that dissolve into smoke after striking.
The aim obviously being so that people can't collect the shuriken and somehow trace them to you.
EDIT: Oh, and one more thing. Who should I talk to about getting my village added to the list?

Questions
1. For made up jutsu techniques, even though you can not use them yet, Can you still post a lot and wait for your character to be able to use them?
2. I know that I get extra chakra points for being in the Hidden Void village, however I am uncertain what I can use these points on?
3. What do I do once I graduate the academy?

1) I don't see why not.
But it's easier NOT to. Because then you wont have to dig back for them in the thread, or anything.
So I'll say no, you cant. XD
2) Clan techniques, or Academy techniques, any jutsu that's not another clan jutsu. haha
3) Once you graduate, you an just head off into the real world, using the docks to travel to your first village.
Be sure to update your character first though 3nodding
If you need someone to RP with, I have characters in the Academy?

If both Kon twins use the same technique; does that count as one action, or two?
So say they both use their Mach Punch attack. Is that both actions for the turn? Or just one?
