actually, last night I was thinking 'how could anyone eat meat? its sooo gross!! there's bones and blood vessels and stuff. they're a lot like humans. its like.... they're eating themselves' and then got all grossed out.

You don't eat the blood-vessels and such. Mostly you only eat pure mussels(probably misspelled)

Yes. And they use all the parts they can't use for anything else in it. Like eyes, hoves, testicles, brain, the lot 3nodding
