13azeroth37 dang i should have took this pick of a lvl 3 skiller with fletching cape a santa and a red mask I think you're missing the point, that's a SKILLER, if it has fletching 99 it isn't anything big, but if a level70ish has a quest cape [counting quests give combat exp] then you know Quest Cape's the easiest. And you can't wear both Holiday Items at the same time. stare

Quest cape sure is the easiest. That's why I felt sad as I was high level 100 with one and all these 90s running around in them. =( They are too common.
