"I won't be broken I won't be tortured I won't be beaten down" ~Orion Michael De La Cruz~ Orion was fingerprinted, his picture taken and he was roughed up a bit. Now he was in the ugly Orange jumpsuit and had the shackles on that they used for transporting the prisoners. He was surprised they shipped him out straight away. They were going to give his attorney the run around while they dug up things to ensure their case stuck, and he was held for as long as possible. He knew he would not be seeing his wife or son any time soon. They would ensure he was as miserable as could be. Orion was frustrated that they had sped him through the procedure. They had even placed him in his permanent cell. There were two men already in the cell, and he was momentarily speechless as he saw who his new cellmates were. Reapers. Dereck and Lucky. He suddenly realized exactly why they had rushed him into this prison, this cell. They were counting on the normally warring MCs to fight. They were hoping the two on one was enough to finish the Angels President off. Everything made sense to him now. "Hell of a family reunion huh Brotha?" He asked as he took a couple steps further in. ~Ryder~ I have the answer I can take the pressure I will turn it all around ~Five Finger Death Punch

The man shook his head at the closed door. Damn. He wanted Mendez dead too, but Ryder had to pick better times. As he heard a clatter of items it the floor, his eyes looked to Grace who was frantically searching for her phone before she curled up against the wall devastated. Jasper crossed to her in two quick strides, Kneeling in front of her and rubbing her arms before gathering her against him and stroking her long blonde hair down her back. Shhhh... Grace. It's ok. It will all be ok. We'll get him out. Soon you'll see." He told her as soothingly as he could while staring at the opposite wall. He heard her fear of being alone with Thomas in this bigger house. Especially after the day she had with Mendez being just about everywhere. And now that Orion was locked up. "I'll stay here with you Grace. You and Thomas won't be alone." They could fall back into the same routine they had at the old house. Jasper would be here most of the time. If he couldn't be here or be with her, then another trusted member would be. Lincoln, Killian, or Jesse probably. Kong had his own family to worry about after all. He heard his ring one go off telling him he had a text, but the man ignored it for the moment. He sat with Grace until she was mostly calm. Detaching himself carefully from the woman, he stood and walked over to grab her phone that was on the counter, "Grace, go sit down on the couch with some water. I'll take care of the attorney." Jasper walked out into the backyard, dialing up the attorney on the woman's phone as he leaned against the railing of the porch. He told the man all that happened; answered the questions he could, and then that was all for the moment. They all just had to hope that man could work his magic again. With a sigh, Jasper ran a hand through his hair before grabbing his phone out of his pocket to check the text that was sent some time ago. A frown quickly covered his face as he read the message again, and again. It was an odd one from Cadence. Apologizing for all that had happened between them. How did he reply to that? With a shake of his head, he walked back into the house, grabbed a beer form the fridge and sat down next to Grace on the couch. "The Attorney will take care of it. See what they are charging him with this time." He took a swig from the bottle before asking, "Grace, what's going on with Cadie?" He'd figure out the Cadie problem when the time was right. Maybe Grace would be willing to discuss it, maybe she wouldn't. ONe could only tread carefully to find out.

Agent Diana Peck-Kochette Outfit Diana smiled in return to Killian, even as he stepped closer to her and spoke. A slight blush brushed her cheeks, "You look good today too." What else did you say?
When Cadie came back in the room screaming that something had happened and that she needed to go, all the color ran out of Diana's face. How...What? She didn't even pay attention to Killian's question, just nodded quickly to Cadence and was moving out the door quickly.
Somehow when she got to the car, she realized Killian was with her, and his hand was in her's. Letting it go, she got herself into the driver's door while Killian climbed into the passenger door. Without worrying about speed limits or any of the road rules, Di was pulling out of the parking lot and whipping down the streets of Shadow Creek that lead to the elementary school. She wasn't sure what Cadie had meant. There wasn't time to ask. But the only thing that would make sense for that much panic was Alyvia. So that's where she was going.
Di pulled up in front of the school, put the car in park and was out the driver door in seconds with one word to Killian, Stay. She was out the car and in through the doors of the building in seconds. The woman didn't waste time and stop in the office, she knew where her daughters class was. Ignoring the secretary calling out to her, Diana made her way down the halls at a jog to Alyvia's room. Entering the room, she ignored the stares and moved straight towards her daughter. Grabbing her in a fierce hug, she set her down moments later. "Get your things Lyv. We are going home early." Di was only thankful that Lyv didn't ask questions at her mother's weird entrance and remark. Turning to the teacher, Di pushed her hair out of her face, "I'm sorry for the intrusion. I'll check her out at the office."" Di took her daughters hand when the girl came to stand back next to her and walked through the halls silently with her mother, noting something was off. The woman apologized to the secretary and signed her daughter out before returning to the car that Killian awaited in.
Di got into the drivers seat and waited as Alyvia got herself settled in the back before she let out a breath and drove away from the school. Navigating the streets, Di pulled up next into the driveway outside her house. Looking at the front door that was swinging open, a frown crossed her features. What the hell kind of game was being played? Turning to Killian, she said, "Will you take Lyv to your place?" She didn't want their daughter here currently. She didn't know what awaited inside, and with Killian the girl would be safe. That was for sure.

'Cause sometimes you just feel tired, Feel weak, and when you feel weak, you feel like you wanna just give up [ ~Cadence Jaycey Sinclair-Caine~ Cadence was in and out of consciousness. Everything was confusing and made very little sense to her. She recognized the voice, but it didn't make sense to her. "Ethan...? Jesse...?" She groaned and forced her eyes to focus. Jesse was crouched beside her, shirtless. His shirt was pressed to her wounds to both catch the blood, and try to stop the bleeding. Ethan was driving her car, and he was driving like a manic. He blew through red lights, stop signs, and sped the whole way. Once at the hospital he pulled up in front, partially on the curb. He hopped out and scooped her up off the backseat. Jesse climbed out and moved to the driver's seat. He sped off as Ethan entered the hospital with Cadence in his arms. She remembered bright lights, voices, and the sense of urgency as she was rushed away. She wasn't sure how long she was out. All she knew was she woke in yet another hospital room. Joshua was beside her bed. She looked around slowly, not sure what she expected to find. "What....""Jesse contacted me. He thought it was better they notify me as opposed to Lena.""So....I didn't imagine Jesse or Ethan?""No. Ethan has been following you, as has Jesse. They momentarily lost you....which is how you ended up here.""Why are they following me?""Ethan took it upon himself I think. Jesse is doing it to help Killian manage his own life. Killian figured Black or Drayton would try to reach out to you. Killian wanted to be ready, and knew he could not watch you around the clock. He asked the only person he felt like wouldn't question the decision. Jesse." Cadence winced in pain as she tried to sit up. "Easy, easy. You will pop a stitch.""Where are they?""Neither wanted to be here when the Police showed up and started asking questions about the gunshot wounds. They both took off.""My purse, it has paperwork for Grace. She needs it right away." She threw the blankets aside and immediately her Dad rose. "You are not cleared yet. I will see to it that Grace gets those papers. You have to stay put for now."Cadence really did want to argue, but she was feeling lightheaded and exhausted already from just attempting to get out of bed. She was not optimistic about her ability to walk on out of the hospital. Hell she wasn't even sure what she would do if she succeeded in getting outside. She had no clue where her car was. Last she saw her car, Ethan was driving it recklessly. She laid back against the pillows. She mumbled something about just needing a few minutes to rest and then she would be good to go. Joshua agreed and waited till she drifted off to contact Jesse. Jesse had cleaned up. He couldn't just walk around shirtless and covered in blood. That was bound to attract some attention. Now he was knocking on Orion's, and awaiting an answer. He had already heard about Orion being arrested. He was going to be calling a meeting that very evening. For now he was delivering the paperwork to Grace. He noticed a fresh blood smear on his new tee. Quickly he investigated his leather and found where the still wet blood spot was hiding. "s**t...." He muttered and looked around for something he could use to wipe the the scarlet fluid off with. Last thing he wanted to do was scare Grace. Orion was arrested, Cadence shot, Mendez has been harassing Grace. He did not want her believing the entire family was currently being targeted. ~Candie~ But you gotta search within you, you gotta find that inner strength And just pull that sh*t out of you and get that motivation to not give up And not be a quitter, no matter how bad you wanna just fall flat on your face and collapse. ~Eminem

Location:Store Company: Lincoln Wearing: Wearing Maralyn Ó'Conchobhair At Lincoln's outburst reaction to the news, Maralyn pressed her lips tightly together, averting looking at him by looking at the ground or down the aisle. She could feel the tears swimming in her eyes. She knew this wasn't a good time for it. Nor did she think Dereck had done it on purpose. But it didn't elevate the stress or her fear or her sorrow that he wasn't going to be with her in the near future according to his uncle.
As her cousin asked about what the club was doing, Lyn nodded, "Yea the clubs working on getting him and Nate out. His Uncle Archie was trying to pull some strings. I haven't heard anything new since yesterday though."She told him, her voice still quite.
Looking down the aisle as her cousin refocused and didn't pry on what the charge was, Lyn moved away from him to stand in front of a dresser/changer set. Her hand rubbed at her eyes to get rid of the tears welling there. She'd tell Lincoln later if he asked."What do you think about this?" They had it in the dark cherry color, plus it would kill two types of furniture in one. But would it be enough?
In another hour or so, the two were pulling the cart over to the register with another pack'n'play, a breast pump and bottles, tub, a double stroller, highchairs, two bassinets, baby proofing items, and a few toys and books she had picked up. Lyn clutched in her hand the slip that held her order for the dresser/changing table and armchair/rocker. She was exhausted and let out a tired sigh as her free hand rubbed her large stomach protruding in front of her as they waited in line."Thank-you again Lincoln for coming with me. I don't think I would have gotten this far tonight with out you. Do you know what's for dinner?"

Dereck Michael Thompson
Dereck and Nate were both sitting on their beds in the cell, and when the door opened to reveal their cellmate, Dereck's jaw could have dropped to the floor. If Orion was here in prison, what about Grace?? Thomas? Why was he there in the first place? Hell, he was probably wondering the same thing about him and Nate. "What the hell are you doing in here?" Dereck shifted and stood from his bed, with Nate following his movements. He wasn't trying to intimidate Orion by any means, more as a respect to the man. He stuck out his hand, and shook his head. "We still haven't got a trial date." Nate shot him a sidelong glance and Dereck rubbed a hand over his buzzed head. "Hows Grace and Thomas?" He had ******** up when Grace was pregnant, making those accusations about Orion. Even though they ended up being true -- but that wasn't his place to comment. Grace was a big girl and could make her own decisions.

Grace Marie De La Cruz OUTFIT
Grace still couldn't wrap her mind around everything that was happening. It was like from the moment she had beat that woman with a bat everything went downhill. Had she not done that she wouldn't have ended up in jail, raped, and pregnant. Even if she didn't know who the baby belonged to, she still wouldn't have had to worry about Mendez had she not let her anger and jealousy get the better of her. Even if she was sitting on the couch with a water in her hand, she couldn't relax, and she couldn't stop ******** crying. Even when it would wind down she would find herself still tearing up and letting them fall. It sucked. The only consolation she could really have was that Jasper said he was going to stay there with her. Since Mendez had ties with the KOR there was no telling what he might try to do now that her husband was in prison.
When Jasper returned, Grace wiped at her face, shaking her head slightly. "Cadie..she lost the baby. Ben's baby. As far as I know she's just -- trying to continue on with her life. I don't know..I really don't ask because its better if I don't know those kind of things. I was at her place earlier, and there was this man there that kinda kissed her right on the lips when he was leaving. I've never seen him before and I didn't catch his name. She didn't seem like she really reciporicated it...but i don't know." She was starting to ramble again, and was only cut off when she heard the knock on the door. "I'll go check." With Jasper in the house she wasn't really afraid of anyone showing up, and when she looked through the peephole it was Jesse anyway. She opened the door and stepped to the side, to give him some room to come inside. "Hi.." It was probably common knowledge now that Orion had been arrested, which was most likely the reason he was here. "Come in...Jasper's here."

"I won't be broken I won't be tortured I won't be beaten down" ~Orion Michael De La Cruz~ "Broke some pig's nose for harassing my wife." Orion stated calmly as he set his belongings down. He turned to look at the other two men. "I take it you guys are facing some real time too?" He of course thought this because of the orange jumpsuits. "Your girl going to be okay with you on the inside?" Orion was wondering if Lincoln was aware that Maralyn was now alone on the outside. He would send work to him and have him check on her regularly. That was his cousin so he would do so regardless, but he would tell him to have Kong and Titus team up with him to keep an eye on Lyn. Jasper, Killian, and Grace's Uncle no doubt would be looking after Grace, so he was not insanely worried about her. Grace had so many people looking out for her, that he was sure she was just as safe as ever, even with him in prison. She was very fortunate to have so many people care about her. He knew his Father would keep an eye out for Grace and Thomas as well. Orion and he were still working through their issues, but so far Joshua had been doing his best to be a good Grandfather to Thomas. ~Ryder~ I have the answer I can take the pressure I will turn it all around ~Five Finger Death Punch

Killian immediately agreed to take his daughter to his home. He had been so relieved to see his daughter safe that he had not asked questions. Eventually he would question Diana, but now was not the time. Not in front of Alyvia. He did not want to worry the little girl.
He scooped his daughter up, and grabbed her backpack. He looked toward the house then back at his ex. He moved toward her. "Hey, I can look around. You can take her to my house. I can give you my keys." He of course did not want Diana to go into the house. He was the man, and it was his job to protect his family.
He could tell she believed something was off. The front door was open, she had raced to the school like a manic. Cadence had seemed to believe something was wrong and told Diana something was wrong. He tried to pass Alyvia off to her Mother. Hoping Diana would allow him to investigate the situation at hand.

"I wish you would have told be this right away Mara. I don't want you alone, unprotected." He gave her a sideways hug. "I am sure his Uncle is working on getting him out as quickly as possible. Till then I will keep you close. My buddies will keep an eye on you."
He started to grab the bags. He was quiet now, thinking. Worrying about Mara and her babies' safety. He knew she would not stay at his house with him. She wouldn't agree to him staying with her either. Mara was fiercely independent. "Who knows what she is cooking. Whatever it is, will be damn good though." Lincoln knew that was the truth. Moira ruled in the kitchen. "Why? Food allergies?" He really hoped food allergies weren't the reason she had asked.

Jasper nodded as Grace confirmed that Cadie had lost her newest pregnancy. So she was reaching out because...what she felt bad? Was going through all the emotions again and needed soem sort of sympathy or something. Which didn't exactly make sense either since earlier she had ignored him and followed closely out after Killian. Jasper shook his head, and finished off his beer just before the door knocked. He was on his feet quickly as Grace moved to answer the door, his hand resting on the gun he had tucked in the back of his pants. His muscles relaxed when he heard Jesse's voice and Grace opened the door to admit none other then the man. "Hey man. What's up? I don't got any bacon here ya know." Jasper told the other club member with a small grin. He was trying to lighten some of the mood. See Grace laugh a little withe everything going on. Especially since he wasn't sure if Jesse was here as back-up or with more news.

Location:Store Company: Lincoln Wearing: Wearing Maralyn Ó'Conchobhair Lyn's head bobbed,"I'm ok Linc. You, Lucky, and Kevin are all only a text or call away anyway."All the men had jobs, just as she did. She couldn't ask any of them to stop their lives. It wasn't right. Even as much as she didn't want to be alone in the house through the rest of this pregnancy, Maralyn couldn't deny that having any of those three men around would take away any privacy. And like last night when she broke down, there were times she needed it. She had accepted this role, now she had to play it through it all. This was just a small hump.Soon it would be over and Dereck would be home with her and their babies. She smiled lightly at the thought of all of the family together again. Maralyn followed Lincoln out of the store pushing the cart, even as Lincoln carried some bags. She opened the trunk and back seat for them to load it all in. With it there, Lyn closed the doors and made her way tot he driver's side. At his question about allergies, a small laugh escaped her throat, "Heaven's sake! No no allergies. I just famished and wondering what I have to look forward to."
The red head put the car in drive and drove the way back to the clubhouse of the Angels, signing softly with the music her cousin put on the radio. When they arrived at the clubhouse, Lyn turned the car off and placed a gentle hand on Lincoln's stopping him form getting out, "Really Lincoln, I'm fine. Please don't worry about me. Don't let it ruin the night." Its why she had debated with not telling him. She didn't want the man to worry about her again so much. With her piece said, Lyn opened her door and placed her feet on the ground before struggling to her feet. Sniffing in a whiff of the smell running out of the kitchen, she said "Damn that smells good, Linc."

Agent Diana Peck-Kochette Outfit Di bit her lower lip as she looked between Killian with Lyv and her open front door. She wasn't afraid to enter the building herself. It was just Alyvia she feared for. But as he mentioned he would do it and she could stay with their daughter....well the offer was very inviting. "I appreciate it Killian, but I really should call the locals on this. Make sure everything is there and all.." She really was just making excuses, that she knew. Anything to keep him from thinking she couldn't take care of their daughter. Even if her excuses were valid. "Mom? Dad? What's going on? Why can't we go in? That voice of their daughter in fear and curiosity as her lip wobbled had Di closing the small remaining distance between the two adults and reaching for the girl even as Killian genlty passed the girl into her arms. Di swept brown hair out of the girls face, tucking it behind an ear. "All is okay sweetie. We are just going to stay at Dad's for a bit. See Tino the Terror." She told the girl softly with a reassuring smile.
Di looked up to Killian, back to the house, then up to the man again almost pleading. "If you don't mind, I guess I'll take Lyv. Just don't touch anything in there. I'll come back later and call later if I need to." She didn't want this man hurt, or tied up in this more than he was. Or to have a run in with the law that he didn't need to have. Nor did she really want to give Lyv any reason to worry and say she was calling the cops. No perhaps she'd do all that once Lyv was safely tucked into bed.

Jesse grinned at Jasper. "I figured Lincoln and you ate it all. You two are fat asses after all." He retorted with a smirk. He pulled the papers out from his back pocket. "Mrs. Grace, butthead Cadie insisted these had to get to you ASAP. Come hell or high water, you had to have those, and I am to return them to her." How she would get them to Diana was beyond him, but he knew she was not going to be leaving the hospital just yet. Not unless she left against medical advice. "So there will be a meeting tonight Jasper, you are excused since you have the first shift with Grace. You, Killian and I will be splitting shifts till Orion is back home." He turned to Grace. "Which we are hoping will be soon. We know nothing just yet though Grace. Sorry." Jesse would pay the attorney a visit the following day. The attorney knew them all well enough, and would talk to Jesse. "May I use your bathroom?" Jesse asked, he wanted to wipe the blood off. The blood would attract attention he knew. Not the right kind of attention either.

Lincoln looked at Mara a moment, a confused look on his face. It was slowly replaced by a smile. "I would not because I have to. I work because what else am I going to do with my day while everyone else is in work? You do realize that a few years back Kennedy and I made a s**t ton of money. Like if I wanted to I could retire. I invested some of the money....when Kenny passed....I got his share....he left it to me." It wasn't something he advertised, but he was indeed well off. He enjoyed working though. "Besides....Jesse would cover for me if I explained I needed some time off. Plenty of people would step in and divide the shifts."
Once at the house Lincoln emerged from the car. Once they were inside the club house he inhaled deeply. He could smell what Moira had cooked. His stomach growled loudly and he lead Mara further into the Club. He pointed to a seat, and sat next to it. 'Mara, you can sit there." A few people shot Mara curious looks but no one bothered her. there was a loud of chatter around the huge table. Moira had decided to recreate Thanksgiving for dinner. It was her favorite holiday, and she believed currently they all had something to be thankful for. She hoped the recreation of the holiday would help some of them remember.
Moira sat across from Mara., she gave her a warm smile. "I am glad you could join use for dinner today." She said to Maralyn though she was not sure the other woman could hear her over all the noise. Large bowls and platters loaded with food were being passed around. there was about fourteen people eating dinner at the Club that night. There was easily enough food for at least another five to eight people to join them.
