I need someone who's literate, active, and understanding...

It'd be a little easier if there was a profile up already so I can judge myself. That's usually how do my other profiles. lol
For the Genjutsu class, when you say Gennin are allowed 8 ninjutsu techniques does that include the 6 already given?

The rule hasn't been set up yet, but-
• The Six [6] Starter Ninjutsu Do Not Count Towards The Ninjutsu Limit
○ Bloodline Techniques Do Not Count Towards Any Jutsu Limit
